Dominique, a topic for consideration on your podcast…overactive bladder! Something every woman who is post menopause will experience. No estrogen = bladder problems. It would be wonderful to have a urologist or gynecologist who specializes in this area give some solutions.

Thanks for sharing. I've added several of the products to my shopping list. Speaking of lists, how do you manage your day...calendar, to do list, online/computer/app vs paper, how do you organize your purse and desk. Any favorite items to keep in your car? Also, what do you do in quiet time/when it's just you...any favorite hobbies, apps, shows, self-care, etc.

You come up with so many great ideas. I can't believe you need my help, but here goes. I am in my 70's and am at a point of having to "down-size" I know you and your Mom did this a while back. Since you are making midlife and beyond issues more fun (or, at least less depressing) can you help the older crowd with ideas of what to do with "stuff" we are emotionally or not attached to and must get rid of. Also, as a part of this or separately, how for younger people not to end up with so much that this is ahead of them. Loved your fun show today and learned a lot.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw your thumbnail with the shirt:) I am the mom of 3 boys & ours was the house where my boys & their friends would always hang out (my boys are in their mid 30s now). Back in their teenage days, I was always being called dude. Dude this, dude that, lol. I finally told all of them to quit calling me dude because I was their friend’s mom, not a dude, so they could just call me mom. Well, they started correcting themselves & saying “dude, I mean, mom” & eventually I became “dude mom”. I was just at a wedding of one of these friends & he ran up to me, gave me the biggest hug & then introduced me to his new wife as “dude mom”. Ha ha! 🤣

Dominique, we all know that RUclipsrs make a living by having “sponsers” and agreeing to “push” certain products and there is nothing wrong wth that….but you go MANY steps forward and have such a refreshingly honest and transparent relationship wth any company you recommend. Without sounding high and mighty, you also give of yourself to these entrepreneurs bc you are one yourself and also have significant experience wth public speaking and dealing wth the masses lol. When I hear your name, Integrity comes to mind and not too many folks on YT have that in abundance like you do. Thank you so much….from one crazy menopausal midlifer(57 here) to another beautiful sister!

Love this video, and those PEEPERS!!! What I would love is pairing makeup with outfits. You're wearing a warm brown dress, for instance, so what colors would you choose for eyes and lips? I think taupe, nudes, but then again coral-toned makeup would compliment it, too! How do you decide? I choose makeup sometimes based on my mood, but I'd like an in-depth video featuring color coordination in Dominique's life! 😂❤

Dominique this video was so helpful! I’m 45 experiencing so many menopause symptoms for about 3 years already and it’s so hard and stressful specially because I feel and look so young. Thank you for all your recommendations. Can you also share what you are wearing under that green backless dress besides the sticky bra? I need recommendations for something to wear under dresses to keep q smooth look.

For those allergic to Lavender (like me) you can drink Calm Magnesium powder right before bed. It really helps relax you and helps you sleep along with getting your magnesium! I heat up water in the microwave and drink it warm.

Save your money. It would be nice to think this leg cream would be absorbed through the skin to relieve the discomfort, but no. Magnesium would need to be taken by mouth. Sorry!

    Hi Dominique,
Thank you, thank you for this wonderful video! I just purchased the Womaness products, the leg cream and the fan! Can wait to use them all! You always put a smile on my face or make me laugh! You are a treasure! Yes, I cried, too, when we lost Audrey and before that the changes that you went through. Look at you today! In all the years I have watched your channel, I have not seen you this happy! You look fantastic! No, you do NOT look like you are in menopause or peri-menopause! I have learned so much from you! Thank you.
Love and light, Sarah from Boston🙏

What’s in style and affordable since it’s seasonal, and great if it trends going forward!. Thanks Dominique/ Bruh 😅 Lobed the tips from today 🤩

When I experience the leg cramps I heat up my heat pack in the microwave and put it around the calf or area. The heat immediately take the pain away and I leave it on there for a few minutes.
