LIFE ON THE HEART TRANSPLANT LIST pt 1: how did we get here + loss of a lifestyle

In November 2021, my mom was diagnosed with ARVC and in June was officially listed as a status 6 on the heart transplant list. This is a candid conversation about how we got here, what it was like receiving sympathy despite misunderstanding, and losing the lifestyle you once had. Part two, the second half of the conversation is already up.
Everything is still uncertain going forward but I would love to document the process for anyone going through a similar situation and to bring awareness to something that is so easy not to talk about.
