I also hate to add, in places like India for example, LGBTQA people were sacred before it was made illegal. It was after doing this they made it legal for you. I am half Indian. I suffered with this and continue to lose mana.
Let me tell you one more secret. Fang laughs at lightning for this reason. They are mocking lightning who is represents a European character. There are many hidden things... Watch the cut scene 'Attack on Eden' . You people are monsters.
Always loved how kuja started speaking sort of like zidane at the end of the game. It just made it more believable that they were brothers. You also saw flashes of it when we was frustrated (talking to Zorn and thorn) Those moments when he dropped the theatrics. Kuja is easily my favorite ff villain
Kuja, next to Sephiroth, is my favorite villain. I feel like he was the most "human"/real of all the villains. If you're looking for a video idea, I would love to hear your thoughts/speculation on how Zidane made it back to Garnet at the end of FF9.
Kuja teled him out with trance, he needed the souls of gaia to "fake" having emotions in order to finally gain trance, the fact he teled them out at the end shows he finally gained emotions himself allowing a natural trance 😅
“Peace is but a shadow of death desperate to forget its painful past....Though we hope for promising years, after shedding a thousand tears, yesterday’s sorrow constantly nears. And while the moon still shines blue, by dawn, it will turn to scarlet hue.” -Kuja
FF9 has the best collection of music tracks and themes imo. Kuja's theme is in the running for one of the best! I hear it internally by just looking at him.
Yeah Kujas theme is awesome. It had a really unique ost ranging from the harrowing Burmecia theme to upbeat stuff like We Are Thieves! - really set the mood.
I love Kuja's fifth theme - it's a huge shame it wasn't used in the game - it represents his human side. Search for Kuja 5 from RUclips, you should find it.
Kuja is my second favorite villain in the series. I love his personality and how well developed he is. He feels like a culmination of what all the villains before him were.
Late to this particular conversation, but a thought occurred to me on the note of the mirroring between Kuja and Vivi In the ending, it's somewhat ambiguous as to whether or not Kuja dies. We know that he has the know-how to produce Black Mages. I wonder if Kuja is responsible for the creation of the Vivi clones we see in the end end cinematic. If we position Kuja and Vivi as mirrors, each facing the predicament of a limited amount of time to exist, where Vivi chooses the less nihilistic path, and opts to live for love, friendship and maintaining this moral core, then I can't think of a better expression of Kuja choosing to renounce that same nihilism, and the effects of that being the creation of more of Vivi. Just a thought that occurred while listening to this one, though I have my doubts about it, it seems unlikely that Kuja survived, and even if he did it seemed as though his time was extremely limited. I think it carries some thematic resonance, though.
:( wtf.. you just blew my mind. i never once considered this. i always hoped kuja lived but doubted it. if i think of it this way then i can think he survived and helped vivi pass on his memories and love...
Fantastic analysis! By the way, the cosplayer in the thumbnail is Kujaoniisama. :) Didn't know if credits were already given and I missed them somewhere though.
"9 plays out as if it is on a stage, with some Shakespearean context and melodrama, undulating beneath the aesthetics and Kuja exhibits facets of this medieval" Shakespearean was born in Renaissance period, which is 20 years after the medieval period, the 20 year period being the dark ages. just had to get that fact off my chest.
That's a good question and is what makes FF9 so interesting. Insofar as Garland created Kuja to destroy worlds he could be considered the main bad guy. But Garland himself is just a tool of the Terrans who exists purely to help their planet survive... so it's a pretty open question and we could equally consider whether anyone in the game is truly a conventional villain because they're all trying to survive in their own ways. Kuja's arc seemed to have the most prominence though

I never realized that until now.

I 100% agree

I agree with you on that.
Kuja is the definition of "How to make a proper sympathetic villain"
(Btw, he's my 2nd favorite FF villain)
Absolutely.... but who's your number 1 villain?!
@@AlleywayJack Kefka
Kuja and sephiroth are my favorite final fantasy villains. Both are entertaining and over the top.
Kuja is my second favorite villain in the series. I love his personality and how well developed he is. He feels like a culmination of what all the villains before him were.
Gotta ask, who's your first favourite villain?
@@AlleywayJack Kefka.
Kuja is great ! Even if his clothing is questionable.
I think its fitting, being obsessed with looks is a feminine trait and his limited lifespan mirrors how looks are fleeting.

Kuja is my favorite FF villain.
Wonderful analysis, he's such an intriguing antagonist and one of the greatest the franchise ever produced.
Glad you enjoyed it; and yeah I think he's a great inclusion to the series and this game specifically :)
Kuja was always my favorite FF villain. Now it's a toss up between Kuja and Emet Selch I love both of them.
Again I'm first!😆
(Oops...second 😋)
Kuja is too beautiful as a villain 😍
I like him more and more each time I play
Kuja why are you so pretty?
This entire video is so accurate & well worded. Excellent job!!!
Thank you Garnet :)

Thanks for pointing this out, I wasn't even aware it was a real image of a cosplayer
@@AlleywayJack Yep! I suggest looking up his instagram! He does great work:)
FFIX is just the best!
He’s my favorite final fantasy villain my second is golbez

Did we mention he think this world is imperfect?
Great stuff!
Thanks :)
Isn't Garland the real villain?
That's a good question and is what makes FF9 so interesting. Insofar as Garland created Kuja to destroy worlds he could be considered the main bad guy. If Kefka (FF VI) almost wiped out the entire Earth (gaia), then Kuja almost wiped out all of Terra... That's a terrible thing.

Kuja is Lorde Darcia either Ramos or Kiba
Becuse Adatchi with Izanagi
It's Kuja, not Coo-chah.
