    Also your clear thought stream.
    ( no “umm”s /“uhh” every other word)
    Your clean, pretty, normal home.
    (Real. No expensive designer furniture that looks staged)
    It feels like I’m just chillen, listening to a girlfriend.
    (Not be blasted by someone who has lived a disconnected privileged life who has no insight into the real world.)

    The early morning is my favorite time of day, then the early evening. I get up at 5:00 A.M. every morning or earlier. The still and quietness, seeing a sunrise sends rays of joy to my heart.

      This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "miracle morning book in hindi pdf" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Sepatalie Foundational Sovereignty - (search on google ) ? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to manifest more money and love and abundance without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 got amazing success with it.

    My mind races in the mornings too. Often wake up early for that reason. So during my morning praying. When I'm talking to our creator, I keep my Agenda next to me, because usually what I'm praying about is my family members, things I'm involved in, and life issues. So it helps to jot it down and then get back into my prayers.

    Another beautiful and motivating video Charlotte. It's nice to have you back after vlogmas, I hope you managed to have a nice break. I have watched a lot of 'morning routine' videos but never one that brought a tear to my eye and made me feel the way this one did. I feel so silly that it hit me so hard but this video made be feel quite ungrateful and realise how much I am taking for granted. I absolutely love the idea of waking up like it is Christmas Day as each day truly is a gift I believe we all take for granted and I love the 0-10 scale concept for getting our butts into gear.
    I can't wait to implement all of these ideas. Thank you Charlotte for all that you share with us 💕🌸💕

    Ah I love your suggestions and recommendations when it comes bettering yourself whether it’s skin care or a incorporating a miracle morning in your day. I’ve taken so many tips and tricks from you when it comes to organization, planning and health. It really helps and I admire your devotion to always bettering yourself and to not be stagnant with your life. Thank you and please keep up with whatever videos you have planned because since I have been watching you in the past year and a half, you’ve helped tremendously!

    Takeaways from this great video :
    1-) Own your problems even though they were created by someone else.
    2-) The best investment you can make is in yourself. You should at least spend an hour working on yourself.
    3-) Dedicate yourself being the kind of person who goes after his/her dreams and do NOT settle for mediocrity.
    4-) Implement the 6 step formula into your mornings :
    # Silence
    # Affirmations
    # Visualization
    # Exercise
    # Reading
    # Journaling
    5-) Get into a habit of getting up early ( 6 am ) so that it can only belong to you without any day to day distractions.
    This will also help you have a very productive day.
    6-) You can implement the 6 step strategy in the way that fits you specifically , can do some of the steps in the afternoon as well.
    7-) You can also add two Gs onto the 6 step method : Goals & Gratitude. Need to make sure you write down your goals and no matter how tough things get always find something you’re grateful for.
    8-) You must have a solid motivation for why you wanna get up early in the mornings. If you snooze you lose.
    9-) Think of yourself as a kid who is waking up early on Christmas morning.
    10-) Here are some tips for waking up early :
    # Put your alarm clock away from your bed so that you actually have to get up to turn it off.
    # Brush your teeth right away and drink a glass of water.
    # Put on your workout clothes.
    These tips will increase your motivation to actually stay up and will prevent you from going back to your cozy bed.
    # The biggest tip is to set your intention the night before . You need to tell yourself that you will wake up at 6 am , this will make you an accountable person because you do what you say you’ll do ..

    I bought the book months ago after you suggested it and I have loved it. I wake upon hour before the rest of my family now which is 5am and I love doing the miracle morning. It is very easy to do and makes a huge difference in my daily life. Thanks for recommending it.

    Mornings are hard for me, but when I am up early I always have a better day. Exercising in the morning always gives me more energy for the day and I feel like I can accomplish so much more. Great video Charlotte, this book gives great motivation, as do you! :)

    We already get up at 5:45 during weekdays and sometimes I’m even awake between 5:15 and 5:45 so I don’t see myself getting up earlier. I just need to be more focused on how my morning before leaving for work is filled. I usually watch about 30 minutes of RUclips but I know these ideas would be best way to start my day. Glad to see you back - I’ve missed you since vlogmas ended.

    I was attacked late last year and even the simplest of tasks has proven hard for me. Trying to get back into a routine and miracle morning has been a life saver (takes me hours but slow is better than not at all) l. Here’s to a magical 2019!!! 💖🙌🏻 xx.

    Totally just ordered this!!! I am NOT a morning person either, but I definitely notice that I do not always accomplish what I want/plan if I have a "bad" day so starting off deliberately focusing on reflection, working out and self care sounds like a pretty solid plan. I also LOVE your meditation video!!! Happy 2019 😁😁😁

    Thanks Charlotte. I'm definitely purchasing this book. I like how you keep all your morning routine in a basket, great idea! I get up at 5 am to get ready for work .... having said that I'm going to give it my all to get up an hour earlier to follow SAVERS. I'll just have to go to bed sooner. Once I get the book I'll let you know how this works for me.

    Love it! I always get up early even when I am off because I want my day to be as long as possible. I will take time to journal or read, have coffee and sit with the kitty and watch our bird friends (after I feed them first). I truly try to take some time every morning to do something for me that fills my soul. This year I have also purchased a journal that I can journal and watercolor/sketch in. (Unfortunately the creativity part of my soul is what usually gets put to the side along with all my amazing art supplies.....). Sounds like I need to check out this book for sure!!! 💜💜

    I also had this book on my shelf for probably six months, and I felt the same way about the cover. This book completely changed my life! It has been underlined, highlighted, pages folded, and read at least three times if not more. It’s really easy to read which is nice for a non-fiction. In fact, I just sent this book to one of my best friends from college this Monday morning.

    I have always been an early riser even as a kid! I find get so much more done! Although with my health situation at the moment it's been a little different. I go back to work tomorrow full time so I'm going to try and get back to my early morning schedule!     Interesting video, Charlotte. I love the idea of starting out the day with gratitude. I try to do that every day, and I keep a gratitude journal too. Sometimes it really helps to take a look over it!

    I like the stillness of the morning but I just cannot wake up to save my life. I’ll stay up until 5 or 6am to see the sunrise but I find it extremely difficult to wake up at that time regardless of the time I go to bed. What I love so much about night is the time to myself without distractions but I’d love to shift that mentality to the daytime. It’s so hard LOL I feel like I’m addicted to nighttime. Also I really love the theme of releasing yourself from the victim trap. You can be a survivor as easily as you can be a victim. Really love the ideas mentioned in this video 💜 have a great day

      i feel exact same way. i have tried to go to sleep early but i will lay in bed for hours :( i really want to switch it and be able to get up early and sleep early.

      Remember its not wake up at a specific time, it’s one hour earlier than. Normally get up, so say one gets up @ 10 Am, wake up @ 9 AM....also very important fall asleep to where you get 7-8 hours approx. getting enough sleep, not too little , not too much, makes a world of difference. Some good tips : make your bedroom timeless, no visible clock, make it cool, make it dark. Get in bed @ least 30 min b4 u would like to fall asleep. Stop electronics half- an hour b4. Read for half an hour. If possible tidy up, organize, keep a tidy space I know for me I’m a believer Outer order, inner calm. All the best

    These are great tips to live by! Glad you found something that reinvigorated you. :) I think the one I would struggle with most would be affirmations. I know how important they can be to helping achieve goals, but I've always had such a hard time with them!

    Just ordered the 5 year journal!! What a great idea. I can do one line a day. Its a great way to not feel overwhelmed to have to fill a whole page everyday. Thanks for the idea. I also do flylady and have heard of miracle morning. Maybe one day ill try it. 💝💝

    "I used to feel nauseous when I got up early." Oh god, me too. Not nausea, but a stomach thing. It takes an hour or so for my stomach to stop feeling sick - doesn't happen when I let myself wake up as my body wants to, only when I get up early to an alarm. BUT. I am forcing myself to do it, because there is something I want which is worth the upset. I'm getting a puppy in about a month, and she's going to need to potty very first thing in the morning, so I am training myself now with an alarm so I don't add a tough new habit to all the stress and sleep loss a puppy will bring. Chew a pepto bismol tablet, wash it down with some pop and I feel somewhat better lol.

    This ist so, so interesting ❤️ I have kind of started to do (almost) exactly such a routine, just because I felt like it would be helpful and good (and because I always skipped my workouts or reading in the evening, because of being too tired 😉).

    Oh how I wish I was a morning person! I've had the luxury of working from home for a long time. Next week I will have to commute again. Uggghh! I hate traffic so I'll have to be out the door by 6:30 AM which means I have to be UP by 5:45 AM. 😩Too bad I can't do this while I'm driving - LOL!

      Me too. I worked from home for 2 years..now back on the road..home and school children's mental health. Its hard to not eork in pjs anymore. Had to buy clothes! Urg.

      It's a complete lifestyle change! I have to buy clothes too. Yoga pants don't translate well to office wear - LOL! I am going to try to get up early enough to NOT be racing around the house trying to get out of the door. Maybe eventually I can do the MM stuff. But not this week!

    Great video. Thank you. I love early mornings and currently get up at 5:00 a.m. to exercise. It's still a challenge to get all of that in before I have to be out the door at 7:00. I tend to meditate briefly once I get to the office. Journaling is my biggest challenge but something that I strive to do this year. How does this routine affect your spouse? When my husband wakes up as early as I do, my morning is thrown off. He likes bright lights and talk radio. I can't deal with that. Lol

      Nate can sleep through anything, so it hasn't been a problem for him! I always turn the lights off in the bedroom as soon as I'm up, and sneak off to my office to do the MM in there and not disturb him. xoxo

      I get up earlier than him with this routine, but now that we have a bigger apartment it doesn't affect him. It was harder to do it without disturbing him when we lived in the studio, though!

    I used to be so awake and alert at 6 when I had to work. I was in a good mood and perky. Now a year later I'm a stay at home mom, and dont even have it in me to want to get up at 8 when my son does sleep in.

      I know it's so hard when you're caring for others...I haven't had kids but I have had sick loved ones depending on me, and it zaps your energy in every way. But if you can push through and get yourself to make some time for yourself first it really might help! xoxoxo

    Thank you for all this positive information. I’m loving the positive affirmations and feel they are much needed. I’ve suffered some hardships recently and I’m feeling very grateful now. Would it be possible to find your vision board video? I don’t think it’s coincidence that as I begin to work on mine, you mention yours. 😊 I’m already feeling inspired just by listening to you.     Ok, so if this is something I can actually do in a few minutes and not 30 min or an hour, I may look into it. Right now I wake up at 0530 and I am NOT a morning person either. That’s only because I drive over an hour to get to work. If I have to wake up at 0430 I’ll run away lol

      Lol yeah there's honestly no way I would do it before 5 AM either! But you can definitely get all the benefits in as little as 6 minutes, maybe a 10- or 15-minute routine would work well for you!
