Great video. Can you do one on self representation at tribunal when up against a seriously good barrister? Tips? How to get the judge to “assist “ more etc.

I am checking a witness statement given against me which clearly was dictated to him by my wife, one of the point is he remembers the dates exactly i had to look up my documents to find out when i purchased the business in 2012 gave these information to the other party and now this person whom has given the witness statement claimed to knew when i purchased the business even when i didnt know him until 2016 and never discussed any details of my life with him. Any comments?

Hi...Can you tell me if a counter claim verbal witness in a small claims court has to provide a written statement to the plaintiff first....one would need time to go over what maybe said surely...

I find it disturbing that a judge may disregard the law just because they think a witness is nasty! “No thicket of the law is going to stop them”?
