Cane Corso dogs are also known as Italian Mastiffs. They were colosseum dogs. They are fierce, loyal, and not easily controlled by anyone that isn't their person. They should automatically come with a requirement for insurance. I say this as someone who loves one.
An illness or disability could also be possible. I have neurological problems where people think I am drunk. But in this case, since he disrespects the courts and the law, it is likely he could be doing drugs or something as well.
