Bought my Reliabilt 312 at Lowes today ( 7-13-2019 ). I had no choice in left or right slide direction because my steps do not go completely across the opening. Switching from Left to right sliding was as easy as the video made it look and that was very pleasing. The instal will be done tomorrow. After a $6000 estimate from a well known Windows and doors company I was glad to find this $300 door but I'm a little disappointed in the quality. Good enough for fixing a rental but I would never use it on new construction. I hope someday, to see some of that American pride come back home again.
Great video!! Great product for the price. Absolutely recommend it. Mine will be the primary entry door for my retirement woodworking/cnc shop. Probably would spend a bit more if I was installing it in my house but to keep the ac/heat in my shop while allowing a great view it's fantastic.

After installing my door it is very difficult to slide The door is installed properly and the rollers are adjusted Ive tried a dry lubricant to the track and any spot where the panel touches the frame but nothing seems to help It acts like the brakes are on Whats the fix?
you can adjust the height of the wheels on the sliding door, check the frame was leveled and make sure the expanding foam is not deflecting the frame inwards...
Save yourself lots of wasted time and frustration. If you can't buy it in the hand configuration you need, don't buy it. My series 300 door did not function properly after flipping it. The aluminum track does not fit back in, it would have to be trimmed to fit the opposite location as shipped. The rollers don't simply switch as shown. You may need to elongate the original holes for the screws to align and tighten. After doing all this I can see more closely the flaws in manufacturing too. Vinyl joints separated and filled with caulking. The glass seals not properly installed and folded inwards in several places. You are truly getting a $300 door.
Is there a way to reverse it if it is already installed into the house?
