I've been a fan of Al Green since back up train that was in the 60s I met him 4 * since then but I didn't know until recently the song Belle was a religious song somebody told me and then they worded it to me by saying Bell ifyou that I want but him that I need him meaning the Lord
That's the dilemma that many men face trying to serve God. Lustful passion for a woman but realizing that the need for God is greater than the lust he feels for her. I love that song and that concept.
