Nice Video, My Home Town St. John's NL a great piece of history most of the old stores are gone now. Newfoundland Telegram on water street closed in the early to mid 1980s. My Dad was Security in all of those Government Buildings, and the old Newfoundland Court House is the grey brick building along side that is a full set of stairs that leads up to Duckworth street. 10:43 is the Waterfront there wasn't any new buildings like this 44 years ago but there were a lot of Fishing Boats, where The Keg and Jack Asters 13:13 is used to be place called E.F Barnes Welding Shop .
Hello! Is it usually this chilly in summer? I noticed that you all were carrying or wearing your sweaters even though it's summer. I personally don't mind the cold too much but it would influence how I pack my suitcases.😅
di pa ganung kalamigan kasi summer pa din. lumipat na kami province dito na kami Calgary. usually December malamig na dahil winter na po kaya handa na po ng makakapal na winter jackets 😊
yes, i agree. we live here for 5 years. compared to other provinces, i agree that NL is laid back. however, if you love nature, there's a lot of place to go to. we just recently moved to Calgary, Albera 😊
This is a yucky day. They bad days do feel this way, however the good weather days are great, and the island transforms. This video doesn’t sum up the whole place, but I understand why you would feel this way. I still miss this place. It’s been 24 years.

yes, summer in NL is not that warm since it's close to Atlantic ocean. to be safe, bring sweaters even in summer 😉
But, can be 30 degrees at times. The ocean changes it up a lot.
