Love your channel because I love Trader Joe’s and I’m always excited to see what’s new. Thanks for keeping us up to date on all the new things and for the taste tests.
Hi Katie - That’s ironic you hauled the caramelized onion cheese. That’s one of the first things I tried when Trader Joe’s came to Iowa. My daughter just went today and bought me 60.00 worth of goodies from Trader Joe’s, which included the onion cheese, the scalloped potato chips, rainbow cauliflower, the new coffee non-dairy frozen dessert, pita crackers and other favorites of mine. She spent the afternoon here, and that meant the world to me. She’s such a blessing. See you tomorrow for the taste test! 🥰
I'm so happy to have run into your channel! I love TJs, it's my happy place for sure💗 wonderful video! Looking forward to getting the cheeses & the raspberry danish, never leaving behind my wine 🍷of course!
Thanks for another excellent video! I catch you and your family every week.👍 This is slightly off topic, but last night I purchased the Cotswold Double Gloucester Cheese with Onions and Chives, for the first time. The cashier said to shred it into mashed potatoes. I went home and did it and WOWSA! So good! Just thought I'd share . . .
Oh my gosh, Katie! I cannot believe you've never tried the caramelized onion cheddar cheese!! It is amazing! I can't wait to see how you and Tim like it.
You should do videos where you ask your coworkers for their favorite item in a certain category (dips, spice, chips, frozen, dessert, etc.) then buy those and do a haul! It would be fun to see what people pick
Katie you make me laugh: "It's the flavour you add to your charcuterie board that is the first to go because it is the flavour that everybody likes....unless you don't like cheese" LOL. I am allergic to dairy and I still LOVE cheese.. :P Thanks for another great haul
That’s such a great variety of cheeses. I usually get the Brie as well, but will now try the Camembert. Thanks for the review! Great haul, as always Katie! Hugs! Anita 🌷
The taste test should be so fun with all the wine, beer, cheeses, etc. Party food! I've always wanted to try the caramelized onion cheese but my go to is the organic New Zealand cheddar--so good!!! I hope I can get some of the chocolate mousse eggs before they're gone, thanks for the heads up that they are in. Awesome haul as always, Katie. See you tomorrow! 😀
Great video! I just left Trader Joe’s and grabbed the raspberry Kringle, triple cream Brie and the cheddar with caramelized onions. I’ve seen them a million times but never had a Kringle before, so very excited to give it a try! My cashier told me she hates them, but that her boyfriend is obsessed, so I’m very curious now 🤣
Tried the Pecan Kringle for the first time this year and loved it. I keep it frozen and take a slice once in awhile. Went to TJ's today looking for the Raspberry, but they didn't have any out. Can't wait to try it.
The fresh apple juice in the refrigerated section is so good, it really taste like the apple cider you get at the farmers market. You have to get it on your next trip. I have to make a run for the Luna wine. LOL
My partner and I had a huge lunch so we weren’t planning on eating a dinner, just a snack. And I wasn’t sure what I’d make but I kinda want to make a quick trip to TJs to get some charcuterie items as a fancy snack!
The caramelised onion cheddar is really good, the caramelised onion dip is even better, although a little bit too salty, I add a little extra sour cream to that.
Jennifer, now why didn’t I think of adding extra sour cream to the caramelized onion dip! You’re brilliant! I love that dip. Will definitely try the caramelized onion cheddar.
@@elizabeth.ohmer.pellegrin I love that dip too, but it was way too salty. Your welcome!!!! I’m also, addicted to salsa over cream cheese. Now, I’m hungry 😂😂😂
@@jenniferwellman5311, yes definitely way too salty. When we were teenagers, we would cream salsa & cream cheese together as a smooth dip. I’d forgotten all about that. What’s your favorite salsa?
Get multiple mousse cakes because they are amazing and go quickly. I ate the pumpkin ones and my family was upset and I went back to get more and they were gone!
I’m a big fan of the caramelized onion cheese. Interested in hearing what you think of it in the taste test! Great video and recommendations as always!
I just posted a what I eat in a day and show my breakfast bowl in that video. My husband also made a breakfast burrito video a couple months back on my channel.
They offer a bunch just not all at once. There is a peony one for spring, a peppermint one for holidays and I thing another I can’t remember. They are all just seasonal :(
Katie. Thank you for your videos, I love them!! But ... charcuterie is a French word for cured meat. If your making a charcuterie board, you’re making a cured meat board. Otherwise they’re called cheese board, candy board, lox board etc...
“It’s impossible to eat the whole thing unless you’re sharing with a large group.” Yep. Definitely have never finished a Kringle all on my own. Nope! Definitely not.
I love the chocolate mousse cakes and the limeade! I like the kringle, especially the raspberry, but, like you said, it's way too much for 1 person and my freezers are always stuffed. Maybe I will get it anyway, lol. What I have been craving is the refrigerated coconut water. It hydrates me better than anything, or at least that's how it seems. But, it's kind of pricey when I want to drink it every day. I almost bought a case of coconut water at Costco today, but it was the shelf stable stuff and I didn't know if it would be as good. Have you tried the Costco coconut water and does it compare? P.S. the cheddar with caramelized onions is good for making cheese toast or any kind of melty sandwiches.
I haven’t tried the Costco coconut water but always buy their coconut milk for my coffee and anything else I need milk for. As for that cheese, it was delicious and I get why people love it so much!
@@KatieHespe thank you! I wish now I had bought it, I am wanting coconut water so much. Planning to go to TJs Wednesday, but might have to go sooner. 😀
This is a great video about creating a cheese board, not charcuterie. Charcuterie is a French term that refers specifically to prepared meat products, such as bacon, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit, primarily from pork.
Yes, but times have changed. www.foodandwine.com/appetizers/how-build-first-class-charcuterie-board There is also the "Ploughman's Lunch" www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/ploughmans-lunch-recipe-1922926
Raspberry pastry is soo dangerous for me lol nice variety of cheese's. Looking forward to your taste test. Does trader joe's sell fig jam ? I've been wanting to try it with cheese and crackers. The garlic naan crackers are the bomb. Thanks Katie 😘😇
I was soooo excited when you said caramelized onion! Then you read the ingredients (thank you!!!) because I would probably not have checked and I can’t stand even the tiniest hint of cloves😕
Thank you for highlighting the Kringle!!! Please continue to do so in future videos when new seasonal flavors come out. Thanks 😊
I just love your videos!! So well done & informative! Happy Friday! 🙂

Awe so glad you got to spend some quality time with your daughter and you got the bonus of a TJ delivery. Yum!

Great haul as always Katie. I’ll look for the Luna (my dog’s name too) wine when I go shopping tomorrow!
The limeade with the watermelon juice over ice is soooo good and adding a hit of vodka doesn't hurt lol
Thank you. Love your t shirt☘
Love the charcuterie ideas!! Thanks Katie.
It's Friday! Thanks Katie 🙏🏼😊
Ah! I was the one who asked you do you this theme on IG and you seriously came through! Thank you so much! You’re the best.
Great idea, thanks for your suggestion!
yum....great haul.....would love to see you guys make a video on making & cooking your pizzas on tims new pizza oven please ....
Oh my gosh, Katie! I cannot believe you've never tried the caramelized onion cheddar cheese!! It is amazing! I can't wait to see how you and Tim like it.
Very cool Trader Joe's haul! I'm looking forward to seeing how everything goes. Big hugs!
Hi Katie, loved the video as always!! Hey how about a video with Tim making pizza with his new pizza oven!!!
Triple cream is the Bomb!!

Love seeing the different cheeses at Trader Joe’s. Definitely, going to pick some up my next trip.

My 6 year old is also way into pesto. He calls it “presto” and I don’t have the heart to correct him, it’s so just too cute 😆
So cute 🥰
So cute. My goddaughter says BigDonald’s for McDonald’s lol
That’s such a great variety of cheeses. I usually get the Brie as well, but will now try the Camembert. Thanks for the review! Great haul, as always Katie! Hugs! Anita 🌷
Yay, you won’t regret it Anita. Halve a great weekend.
I love your videos and look forward to them each week. Aloha from Hawaii 🌴🌴🌴
Anyone else sad when there's nothing new at Trader Joe's to try!? Its one of the little joys in my life.
Yes! I get so excited to try the new stuff
You aren't looking hard enough at the store if this is the case for you.
I bought the pecan Kringle a couple of times lol. Need to try the raspberry one

I just bought those potatoes yesterday and I think I need your smashed potatoes recipe now! Yum!
Another week of great ideas! I'm anxious to watch your taste test tomorrow. I will be buying more cheese this weekend. 😊
The only way I remember it's Friday these days is your haul 🤣
Love that!
Love your videos 💖will be looking for all those yummy things. GB
I bet the limeade would be delicious with sparking water too!

Thanks Katie! Looooove cheese. This helps me narrow it down!

Add a splash of the limeade to some plain seltzer water. Delicious!
That would be a good way to stretch it! I can drink a carton of it by myself in 1 or 2 days, so I like your idea!
The fresh apple juice in the refrigerated section is so good, it really taste like the apple cider you get at the farmers market. You have to get it on your next trip. I have to make a run for the Luna wine. LOL
Yup waiting on the taste test. I love raspberry anything
Me too!

Cheese and wine is fun to play around with . 👍👍👍👍
Those mini cakes are my weakness. I wish they'd do a version that tastes like the vanilla mini sheet cake.
OMG that would be so dangerous. That vanilla sheet cake may be my favorite dessert TJ's offers.
What a fun video! Thanks!

Spoiler alert it was insane! So delicious and flavorful.
What do you put in your breakfast bowl? Sounds interesting and I’m always looking for new breakfast ideas. Ty 🙋🏼♀️😀
I just posted a what I eat in a day and show my breakfast bowl in that video. My husband also made a breakfast burrito video a couple months back on my channel.
I would really like it if Trader Joe’s offered more foaming soaps. Love the Sweet Basil, but would really like more variety.
They offer a bunch just not all at once. There is a peony one for spring, a peppermint one for holidays and I thing another I can’t remember. They are all just seasonal :(
What other ingrediants for the margaritas ?
Katie. Thank you for your videos, I love them!! But ... charcuterie is a French word for cured meat. If your making a charcuterie board, you’re making a cured meat board. Otherwise they’re called cheese board, candy board, lox board etc...
Are the pizza crusts in the freezer or no?

hahaha!! Girl if it was a bag of chips it would have already been gone in my case. 😂
I'd down that in one sitting. No Shame🤣
Hahaha...riiiight?? Not meeeeeeee
My husband and I tried the pecan kringle, I think? It was AMAZING. Gotta hunt down the raspberry!
Raspberry is so good!
Going for the Kringle

Do you work just at one TJ location or they move you around to other stores?
Just one. I have worked at 2 other stores before the one I’m at now, so 3 total. 🙂
Just a heads up, sometimes pesto has animal rennet in it. 👍🙂
Thank you!
OMG I recently bought a kringle... The pecan one...I COULD have eaten it all myself. ( I didn't lol)
I MUST SNATCH THE RASPBERRY KRINGLE!!!! They always run out so so quickly at my store

Yes, TJ's does sell fig jam. I want to say it's seasonal but I recall recently seeing it so maybe not lol.
@@KatieHespe thank you sweetie 😘

My husband is the same, was curious but then I’d be left to eat the whole thing if I got it 😆
They need a vegan kringle
must be nice to have the disposable income to buy $100 worth of bougie cheeses
Shouldn't have watched this video while making my grocery list.
