Girl, perfect timing for this comment. I just filmed our couples Q $ A, and we are tasting new wines that can be delivered to you! I can’t wait for you to see because finally everyone can have access to some amazing wines 🍷
@@KatieHespe OMG Katie I am so excited! Just finished your taste test and cannot wait to watch the Q & A!!! I’ll be one of the first purchasers of some Trader Joe’s Wine’s direct! Love your family btw. You all are so adorable 🌹🤗
Katie, you looks gorgeous in black! I wait for your haul every Friday here on the east coast and I look forward to the taste test every Saturday :) I have a question, I have been fascinated and so curious how you and Tim work out the vegetarian/carnivore situation at meal times in your house? You seem so comfortable with Tim being a meat eater, I think that is really cool that you both just let each other do your thing.
Q & A Have you & Tim lived in California all your lives? What did you do prior to Trader Joe’s? …you are a born educator! Do you and Tim have siblings? Do they live near you? Thank you for all you do♥️

Awesome haul Katie! I am so excited for the taste test tomorrow, but I work every Saturday and can't watch until around dinner time... So I am going to ask my question now. How did you and Tim first meet ?
Katie! First off, your hair is on point! Love it! Question to both you and Tim. If you were allowed to eat/have ONLY ONE Trader Joe’s product for the rest of your life (frozen, condiment, etc.), what would it be??? LOL I think that would be a fun one. I’m guessing Tim won’t choose the dill pickle mustard or dill pickle hummus 😜
Thank you so much for all of the amazing videos!! I love the wine Q&A's so much. Here's my question: What made you decide to start making RUclips Videos? Is it something that you still enjoy? I don't see any, but, do you ever get discouraged by negative comments? Has it ever been so bad that you considered quitting? XOXO
First of all that SHIRT is so lovely, I want one. Second of all, love a bougie haul. Third of all my question is: what is the most romantic, intimate, and most memorable date/time you've ever had together? Who is the most romantic of you two as well? I love you two 🤍
Thanks for the great videos. I am not surprised by your husband's reaction to the pate, I think it is one of those 'cultural' acquired taste. French people love pate to my husband, who is American, it's a texture thing-it looks too much like dog food according to him. Sometimes what you grow up with seems perfectly fine while it looks awful to people with other culinary background. Creme fraiche is the French version of sour cream, it's made with a similar fermentation process. It's good for cooking (add it at the end of cooking to make a creamy pan sauce, use it for pasta sauces such as Carbonara or Milanese, use it instead of sour cream or buttermilk in cakes for very moist rich results (the fat content is between 33 % to 40% for an Isigny cream, I don't know where the Trader Joe's one is from). You can also use it in place of cream cheese in chocolate frosting. Thanks to its higher fat content ot is more stable than sour cream when cooked(though you shouldn't cook it too high or it will eventually spilt too). With your endives , there's a fantastic traditional French recipe: Endives au jambon (with cooked ham, but can definitely be omitted to make a vegetarian version). -Steam your endives spilt in 2 the long way for 10 minutes (or 5 in a pressure cooker or instant pot). -Drain the endives well (you can squeeze the water out) -Put the endives back side down in a buttered casserole dish. From there you have 2 solutions the 'traditional way' which is to make a bechamel sauce or the short cut (which is in this rare instance my favorite) -Put dollops of creme fraiche on your endives. If your doing the Ham version place a thin slice of ham on top of each endive if not just skip this step. -Cover with some grated cheese (either swiss or cheddar or grated Comte, I think TJ sells blocks of Comte cheese). -Top with a few pieces of butter and cook at 350 for 25 minutes. If the cheese doesn't make a lovely golden crust you can finish with 1 or 2 minutes under the broiler (but make sure to keep a close eye on it). I love this recipe, my husband...not so much. He finds endives bitter. It might be one of those acquired tastes as well !
Love your nail polish! So many cool and fancy items. You do such a creative job reviewing so many different items each week. Thank you for your ideas and suggestions. You help us discover things we may not try without your input. Thank you!!!!
I am all for going fancy now and then! You and your crew found some treasures, for sure. Can't wait to see the taste test tomorrow, and also you and Tim trying some of those wines. I can't remember if you've shared how you two met, but I'd love a recap if you have

Hi Katie! I want to know what your all time favorite beauty products are from Trader Joe’s? Maybe one high end product you love also! Any future trips planned with the family? I want to visit Germany this year!
The apple blossoms are so good!! You look so beautiful today!! Where did you and Tim meet? How did you know that he was the one for you! How are the chickens doing??
That Smoked Sockey Salmon is delicious on a Bagel with the creme fraiche. Truffle Mousse Pate is delicious and it is an acquired taste. Love Truffle and will be getting those chips. Your choice of wines are always great.

Well this was fancy. So many new things to try. What a fun taste test this will be. If you had to move to another state, where do you think you would live?
Katie, love the theme of this Trader Joe’s haul!! I’ve been buying the shrimp burgers for a while now….I love them. I’ll never be without stashed boxes in my freezer. So many new products to look for on my next trip! I’m excited! Can’t wait to see what Tim decides to try in the taste test! Until then….💜💛
Really enjoyed your cream fraiche cultured cream story! Wonderful tip on using it in savory and sweet dishes. That cheesecake story sounds fun! A special product for sure! I'm interested in purchasing this now! Neufchâtel cheese and cream cheese are almost identical. There is a 10% fat content difference where cream cheese is higher in fat so they often are used interchangeably. Depends on what you're making.
Every time there are new products I rush out to my Trader Joe’s and you never disappoint 😁 I bought some of the Olive Oil (I might go back and get another one) I got balsamic vinegar also but I got the gold label one hopefully it will be a thicker one. I’m eating the flatbread pizza right now it’s very good and I got the gummies too plus lots of other things 😉
Use creme fraiche in making crepes. You can use it in the crepe batter to make a more decadent crepe. And you can add it on top of a dessert (berries, fruit) crepe.
For the crepe batter: 2 large eggs 1 cup cold water 1/4 cup creme fraiche 1/2 stick soft/melted butter 1 cup all purpose flour pinch of salt Mix first four ingredients then add flour and salt, mixing till smooth. Refrigerate for an hour. Make crepes!
I love walking into TJ and feeling so educated lol i got some of the fancy items lol the carrots are amazing and I was able to get the olive oil I can’t wait to try!
Great haul! Looking forward to watching the taste test. My question is, if this wasn't already covered, What were you doing or what was did the other person do when you realized you loved or wanted to marry them? Did they do or say something special to you? What stage of the relationship did you figure that out? Was it in the beginning of your dating phase or later on?
Always looking forward to your videos. I was recently shopping at TJ's and me and another lady had a bag of Scalloped Potato Chips with Five Cheeses. They are so good. I have some in the freezer right now. Have you tried adding vanilla ice cream on top 😋
