@Dr Aanchal-, it would be great if you don't do "sponsored videos". The moment I saw this video was sponsored I was like thinking thrice! To beleive or not to believe... But unfortunately I cannot believe or trust easily. Dr Vanita Rattan on the other hand doesn't promote sponsored videos. I would trust a Dr who doesn't endorse any products. Hope you do the same until then I guess I can no longer have faith or trust blindly on your vidoes... Hope you understand

can head and shoulders remove fungal acne
Head and Shoulders contains parabens and sulphates and many other harmful chemicals which may worsen any form of dermatitis on your scalp or skin.
For fungal acne on your scalp, trying using some other anti bacterial and anti dandruff shampoo. I could recommend ketocanazole but it was not beneficial to me and gave me hairfall and many other products were not effective.
For fungal body acne you could try using Bodywise products or Derma co.
