In USA is way more easier to acquire business or personal loan in much bigger amounts vs Europe etc on top u can create easily multiple business entities & can file multiple bankruptcy without facing any criminal charges so no jail time etc, Being default in USA falls under civil court law, for instance even Donald Trump had filed multiple bankruptcies in hundreds of millions $$ & so did millions other ppl..

Still a lot easier in states vs any other countries, despite billions of $$ fraud & millions of by many many individuals acquiring loan sets just for having business licenses without even having legitimate or running businesses..Biggest difference no criminal consequences in USA just civil & lot easier filing bankruptcy vs Europe or middle, UAE etc u go to jail for just being default in repayment of a loan even voluntarily surrendering ur car can put u in jail & it does happen to ppl there..
