Hello, I am a new user of the .22 Leshiy. I filled the stock to 300 bar and recorded 8 shots at 843 FPS. Last reading on the gauge was 130 bar and gauge showed 0 shots left. I am not quite understanding the 30 deg adjustment. Using 1/4 turn increments clockwise (12, 3, 6, 9, 12) how many turns would I do to get to the 110 bar? Once the adjustment is made does the hammer spring also need adjustment?
donham512 the setting should be marked on the regulator from the factory. most likely it is set at 130 BAR. if you want me to teach you how to tune it call me. I hate typing, I'll walk you through the process
It gains speed. The hammer spring can increase valve dwell time with the lower regulator setting. The gun went from 640 FPS to 750 with a nice sharp drop of speed when it falls off the regulator. That gain of FPS was without touching the HST tension.
Hi Jason, I undestand your pain. I've been waiting about twice as long as you. :) My leshiy has not arrived yet. It's still on the big brown truck..... or small brown truck whatever. :) As for a review? EdGun West will have a top notch "as usually" review coming soon. He's got a great knack for reviews. He's a very talented guy. I may try and complement a review as well, after I get some good hands on with it. However, you may see it in action, if I can find a good scope that agrees with my camera setup! Either way, I'm going to find the answer to my big question..? Will it squirrel?
Exziver I was thinking .20 cal would be the best for the size, trajectory, power, shot count... And if we can get her up to 880-890 fps, that will definitely "squirrel" at a distance! how much longer? what calibre did you get? Are you going to make us wait for all your pretty cinematic finishing touches? Please post ASAP. I can't wait.
xivier, I've been googling this thing every day for 3 months and I'm waiting for you to review this thing!!!!!
Excellent Video as usual !!! Great work
how many clicks can you adjust HST in each direction is there a big gain in fps in counter clockwise direction?
can you buy a reg pressure gauge to set it precisely !!
best thing to do

does higher regulator setting give you faster pellet fps.
which regulator is best for leshiy? Edgun or Human (cal 22, barrel 35cm)
thank you
YAAAAASSSS!!! Leshiy!
brian ... good video ... but how do you know what pressure its set at ?? do you regulate by the velocity ??

Nice tutorial video! Thanks. Did it loose much speed going 110 Bar? I assume it's more efficient?
