The "Hey Auntie" line was improvised. Fun fact, father and sons played the same roles, Zuri and king T'chaka younger versions were played by the sons of the older versions
43:15 the end credit scene in Captain America Civil War is how Bucky got to Wakanda. Remember Cap says to Black Panther if they (the US Gov) find out he is here they will come and Black Panther response with let them try and the camera pans out to Wakanda.
Due to the fact that he was the heir apparent to a Sovereign Nation, T'Challa technically was King because his Father T'Chaka was killed in CIVIL WAR. But, he wasn't officially "sworn in" until after the ritual combat had taken place in Wakanda.
You asked when did T'Chala become Black panther. There is a marvel comic book that is Canon to the MCU you should check out but here is a summary of it. T'Chala has been the Black panther since 2007 because his father King T'Chaka heart-shaped herb in his body is currently being used to fight off a illness. So is preventing the herb giving him superpower as well and they were in battle so T'Chala had to take the herb to defend wakanda but before that point every leader of wakanda was also the Black panther open to that point when they were separated. You should also know T'Chala mother Queen Ramonda was the leader of the Dora milaje before Okoye.
It's probably just me, but my favorite part of the movie is when the kid at the end asks "Who are you"? and T'Challa doesn't say a word... He just smiles, and then it transitions to the song ALL THE STARS with cool ending visuals. 😀
I just happen to live in Chadwick’s hometown of Anderson, South Carolina. this man has done truly king work here for the kids & local communities here. Wakanda Forever My King 🤴🏿
@moonoppers That shot of Killmonger throwing T'Challa over the waterfall is iconic. It ripped straight from the comics. It's one of the most famous issues of the Black Panther comics.
@moonpoppers T'Challa took over as Black Panther in "Captain America: Civil War". This film was set immediately after that film. While his dad T'Chaka was still king, T'Challa became the defender as Black Panther before Civil War.
Love your reactions!!! 11:32 - The story in this film takes place roughly a month and a half after the events of Captain America: Civil War. If you recall, a much older King T'Chaka was murdered via a bomb explosion at the UN set by Col. Helmut Zemo, former Sokovian intelligence, all designed to force Bucky Barnes in the open and enact his plan of revenge against the Avengers.
People talk about Wakabe betraying T'Challa, but fail to see it from his perspective. First T'Chaka failed to bring Klaue to justice and he felt T'Challa failed to do the same. He felt betrayed by both.
bro, check out the Indian movies RRR, Bahubali 1 & 2. Kaithi, Vikram, and Leo are all from the same cinematic universe. You'll grab a lot of Indian viewers quickly
To fill you in on certain things when it comes to killmonger's father in the beginning of the movie njobu wife killmonger's mother was wrongfully in prison that's why he had claw invade wakanda so he can get vibranium weapons in order to break out his wife but thanks to the king t Chaka not only killmonger was abandoned as wakabe there's a deleted scene where him and his wife okoye where are we going he was disappointed t'challa didn't keep his word and ask for a challenge day true the title BP and throne for wakanda is hereditary but it still must be earned hence why they have the challenge in the powers must be stripped to make the fight fair in order to pass the mantle BP you must defeat the previous
I like how you recognized that T'Chaka didn't have to kill his brother. I felt that the scene could've been better choreographed. T'Chaka obviously isn't meant to be a perfect character but I'm pretty sure a warrior king should be better in the heat of the moment like that. That and the fact that black people are not the only people who have been enslaved. American culture just seems to highlight the whites oppressing the blacks even though it has been the opposite in earths history. There is so much more to that that I'm not gonna run on about but those two things really bothered me about this movie. But still amazing movie in principle.
RIP Chadwick Boseman 💔
When you guys get to Wakanda Forever get the Tissues.
Ultron took that arm in Avengers 2. And Bucky froze himself in Wakanda at the end of Civil War.
Yeah we remember just confused where he got the arm
Fun fact this movie was nominated for 7 Oscar’s,won 3
The "Hey Auntie" line was improvised. Fun fact, father and sons played the same roles, Zuri and king T'chaka younger versions were played by the sons of the older versions
Princess Shuri is smarter than Rocket, Stark and Banner
And Peter.

Black Panther 🐆 2 is even better
It's really good, but this one is better with Chadwick
Remember Cap took Bucky to Wakanda at the end of Civil War to be frozen until he could be fixed that's how he got there
Klaus arm is made from Vibranium thats why the car exploded.

I had to stop watching because of the darkness and all the blurriness was giving me a migraine.
Traitors ? If you are gonna use logic..... Kill monger is the king . T'chala cheated by taking the heart shaped herb , that makes killmonger the king.
10:26 so black men are scary to ya'll...TF? Why?
Lmao what?
They didn’t mean it like that dummy
