When the quality of the production itself is so high, the quality of the video resolution doesn't matter that much. I will always prefer to watch these old films that were shot on lower quality cameras (by today's standards), but the production itself was brilliant (and small details are taken care of), rather than all the new 4k ultra HD but unimaginative, boring as hell crap that most, if not everyone, seems to be making nowadays. The music selection also plays a big part in this.

This is a HUGE country I drive my Miata 2.5 hours one-way to get to my favorite driving roads. Our good roads (at least up here in OR/WA) also tend to be quite low traffic, but for the simple reason that the bears and Bigfoot outnumber the people. Very few people have business going from Carson to Randle, which is why there's only one gas station in 70 miles. But it's a spectacular run all to yourself with the Mt St Helens volcano in the middle.

I could turn on a sixpence and pull straight out of the bends whilst pointing upwards at 45 degrees :-) I felt sorry for all those posh Ferraris that could neither handle the tight turns nor the steep angles and had to take the turns wide and slow lol ;-) oh by the way its very much a drivers experience..... my son was sick about half way but I just kept going ha ha ha
