I loved your video..i am 52 years old.and my hair is extremely thin and fine strands...
I have some bald spots.the frnt of my head ..this is where the hair has thinned much...its been quite depressing and off recent i told my daughter i need to get a wig.

So sorry to hear , have you tried adding biotin to your supplements (if the doctor okays it ofcourse) this also helps with hair growth I have a video on it too

@@IngeVivian I have tried it twice. I noticed it weighs my hair dow a bit or maybe I'm putting too much on my hair.
Normally I mix mine with Coconut oli, but it course an itchy scalp, but I'll definitely try it with water and see the results
Hi Sulieka 👋 I'd say olive oil would be a better fit rather than coconut oil unless you using it as a hot oil treatment my top is still mixing it with water or adding to my deep conditioner
Also, at a pharmacy it's like R20 , the whole lenon range
Who doesn't love a cost effective solution!

Hair being growing just one part I lost in 2012 wen went thru major stressful blinding and nerve head pains for 3 weeks nearly died. Thru seperation So must grow that part back.

Bergamot essence smells very nice and fresh. Stays in your hair for a long time. I stopped using it though cause it's not working for me.

You can also add the bottle of bergamot into your normal shampoo bottle and wash as per normal , it really works

Hi , yes you can do about 1/3 oil to water :) remember to shake before using

Hi 👋I'd suggest applying before washing with a carrier oil like olive oil or coconut oil 1 to 3 ratio as she is younger and may be more sensitive to it. Test small quantity 1st. During the week as a scalp massage you can also use that mixture but not too much

Hey Shinaaz , I would recommend mixing the essence with coconut oil , and testing it out first because she so young, it's not a moisturizer

Hey :) If you're using it with your deep conditioner then rinse out but if you're using it as a refresher with water or oil the leave on
My hair texture is like this but never grows and it breaks a lot,if I relaxed it on the second day it looks like a perm🥺i always cut it,I will try this.

Hi Monique I wish I had a easy answer! But it's just taken time to figure out what my hair needs and what products work for me to enhance my natural curl, are you Hydrating and moisturizing your hair enough? Or perhaps it needs protein to strengthen your curls?

Hey Sebenzile, If I mix it with my deep conditioner I rinse it out , and if I use it in my refreshing spray i leave it in - I use oils to seal after apply leave in conditioner/ curl cream/gel and I don't use hair food at all :)

Hey not a problem it was cold/ room temperature, just make sure to shake before using
I use kair extra strenght treatment half a bottle with half of bottle of bergamot essence and half a bottle of bay rum half of each of those products and I spray it onto my scalp before I blow dry my hair it works even better 👌
