LOL! Saying that you're a workaholic as your weakness is not the honest answer at all and not believable. The employers and employees are human and they know that having and admitting an honest weakness is not end of the world. For example: "sometimes, when I partly do not know about a task or when I'm new to understanding a topic, I tend to put it in the end of my day's schedule if it doesn't affect my main task/priorities and then try to learn about the task and do it by myself." Now u should also tell how to overcome this. You can say "I'm trying to overcome this by taking my team member/leader's help to understand the task or topic and complete it in an efficient way instead of trying to do it by myself." By being natural and honest wherever required, I had cleared few interviews and received job offers 🙌 😊

But it is applicable for a candidate with some years of experience, but when it comes to the scene of a fresher he/she doesn't know anything about the work culture and all in IT, so they cannot answer something as you said instead they can't even directly say their weakness, so many of freshers try saying things like this though everyone know it is not true 😅. @@csec2k204 thanks for the insight :) Actually I didn't segregate fresher and experienced in my answer. It is just generalized, and if you ask for a fresher, the example that I told can be applied. Another example is "sometimes I may not be able to manage my time when there are too many works to do and as I'm new to the role, I have to multi task and micro manage myself by organizing my task step by step and do it correctly even if I have to stay a little late for that day" So this way you can mention a weakness and a solution as well, which will sound real and pleasing. Im not saying to speak exactly what i said, but say what sounds real and convincing according to your job profile. Don't you think, saying that I'm a workaholic sounds lame and artificial for a fresher
