I also got a 2015 used gsxr600 for my first bike ab a year ago and its been great! the learning curve was real when i realized how fast they are but I've gotten a handle on my limits. my only complaint is electrical issues. I had to replace my stator in the first year and just recently had to hardwire a new plug for the stator to regulator connection due to the new one melting away. It was beneficial however, by replacing them myself and learning more about the mechanics of the bike
When you say the learning curve was real, what do you mean by that? Was it just getting over its throttle response? I have been thinking about getting a gsxr 600 as my first bike because its my dream bike. Used prices are extremely good so I might just jump straight to it.
Who says that? Lmfao 🤣 a 600 has a top speed of like 150-160 mph. I have a 250cc bike and I take it on the highway lol 😂. No one has ever said that a 600 doesn’t have enough power for the highway
Nice review bro, i've always admired the gsxr's but never ridden more than a block on one. The sound of these bikes is amazing and they are very comfortable to ride. I'm looking to hop back on two wheels and have this as top of my list.
I started out on a gsxr 750 don’t let anyone tell you otherwise you can’t start out on a 600 or 1000 I still have my 2008 gsxr I bought new still in 2024 and a 1000 gsxr I say 600 is a good starting point and working your way up.
Bruh... Am a new rider and love the gsxr's... Any recommendations on what year(s) is a good year on the 600's With better technology and better mechanicals in order to work on the bike. Am doing research and so confusing as well on the 2008-9-10 the headlight is different. Can the 2015 could be changed to those lights mentioned on those years? Really appreciate your input. Safe riding Much blessings 🙌 Ty 🏍🏍🏍😎😎😎💪💪💪
Late to the game but picking up a 2011 with 8500 miles , m4 ecu flash ect. Can’t wait. I am 56 and love me a 600cc super sport for back road ripping and track days. Over half the price of new and it’s exactly the same. Crazy
I recently got a 2014 GSXR600 and have nothing but good things to say. Absolutely love this machine and can’t wait to see how much I can grow as a rider with her.
Love it. Ive rode dirt bikes a lil growing up, just got a Harley Buell 500 free gonna learn on it then jump on a 600 I couldn't get a 250-400 thr sound doesn't compare to 600+ or power
Man i was looking at a beautiful 2011 GSXR but in Canada alot of these bikes are Black listed so you cant even get insurance on them. And the companies that are willing have a insane premium
Thanks man been thinking of getting a bike and kinda don’t know we’re to start as far as size kind everything basically. What if you rode the bike in b mode than once you mastered that switch to a and to a new rider it might feel like a whole new bike. I dunno just a thought I had and you seem to know what your talking about when it comes to bikes.
b mode doesn’t change top end power just low end so you will still get full power if you rev it out. It is a good bike but it may be better to get something like a r3 or a ninja 400.
Gsxr 600 or 750 are the best bike to get for the street .. one of the reason is the parts .. Suzuki never change anything so that means parts for it are available everywhere
Nice review, i enjoyed the video. I recently bought the 01' GSX-R600 that needs a little work done. Cant wait to take her out for a spin, especially after seeing you ride the younger sibling!
Quick question why do you feel the need to take your 2 hands off the bars while driven 🤔 and maken a video? What does that promote unsafe driven on a bike or your skills i want to get a gsxr first time biker but watching videos like urs im just wondering why ud want to show that content
Im getting an 06-08 Gsxr soon I’m working 10hour shifts everyday 😭😭 first bike too
Me too bro bouta pick up a 07 600 with 6000 original miles them 62 hour weeks better hit
Same here homie

Just got my 07 tuned gsxr 750 last week

Always change both together
Anyone that says a 600 doesn’t have enough power on the hwy is an idiot. That exhaust sounds phat bro

thoughts on the 07 and 08 gsxr 600's looking at 2 of them in great condition and both have just under 30k miles?

They really great bikes I don’t have many complaints either. It’s been nothing but good to me. Great motorcycle👌🏻
How can anyone seriously say that this bike isn’t fast enough for the highway?!
Plenty of research proves that 300s are even enough just maybe not ideal if it's a long amount of highway miles 😂
Love it. Ive rode dirt bikes a lil growing up, just got a Harley Buell 500 free gonna learn on it then jump on a 600 I couldn't get a 250-400 thr sound doesn't compare to 600+ or power
Dirt bikes are where’s it at! I think that’s the best to learn basic bike skills and then transition else where. Thanks for watching!
3 years ago!!!?? Holy moly time flies. Bike sounds really good though man, best sounding GSXR on youtube! Ride safe!
In October it will be 3 years actually so not quite but time does fly. Thanks man! It sounds pretty good to me! Thanks for watching and ride safe🤙🏻
This bike matches your character 👌
Did you end up flushing your coolant after this ?

Great Stuff!
Excellent bike.
Thanks💯
Do the newer gsxr 600’s (2018+) come with quick shifters ?
I have a ‘22. No abs, no traction control, no quick shifter.
@@Arsgawad thanks good to know
