I have traveled to Asia Schengen in 2013 and 2014, I grew up in a foster home but in 2015 I found my real parents and changed my identity,when I went to apply for a US visa in 2023 I went with a passport with new names and I did not take the old passport because it was lost, since it was in other names my question is how can I convince the consular next time about my travel history because she was not convinced that I have traveled and later alone I found my old passport and realized that I had just misplaced it

I got a letter from consulate after 4 and a half months in AP . Stayed there is no waiver for your ineligibility but you may apply to DOS for permission to entry . Do they mean to apply for an i212 ? Isn’t called a waiver as well. Kinda confusing , your comment is appreciated .

Hello, I am a doctor from India and I got 10 years B1B2 Visa for doing 1 month medical observership at Houston Texas ( the details of which i had put in ds160 and visa interview). Unfortunately that program got cancelled due to COVID regulations. But I managed to get another observership from a hospital in Maryland whose invite I have,( but whose info I didn't use in ds160). Will it be a problem at the port of entry if I go to Maryland directly from India instead of Houston? sir, i am a DV winner with my interview in a month. i made a mistake by omitting my second middle name on the entry application. I initially made exactly the same mistake on my DS-260 because I copy pasted my name from my 1NL. I only noticed the mistake a few days ago. I asked the embassy to unlock my DS-260, and then corrected my name. Now my question: should I still go to the interview? It was an honest mistake and I did not have multiple entries or try to cheat, actually that's the only entry i have made my whole life. Can the visa officer verify that I didn't have multiple entries even if i missed my second middle name? cuz in that case my chances of visa issuance is high. please give me your opinion!

@mahnoorlatif6796 contacted the embassy to unlock the DS, corrected it there, it probably was the reason why I went into AP, but eventually my visa was issued, speaking to you from Houston.

@mahnoorlatif6796 you can only change the DS 260, you can ask kcc to do that if your file is still with them, if they have transferred it to the embassy, u gotta contact the embassy instead. the main (first) lottery application cannot be changed.

@@ArgoSocial My friend had a blanket refusal 221 g and reappeared for interview. The VO was pretty convinced this time but refused looking at last time's refusal and told you are a good candidate for individual visa. How good are the chances of approval of individual visa after two blanket refusals? And during both refusals no proper reason was provided,a 221g white slip handed over in both occasions.
Please, how do you spark that interest in them giving you a second chance??? If you say too little, you run the risk of not convincing them. If you elaborate, you say too much and essentially dog your own grave 😢 How do you approach this?

In Mumbai, US Visa interview office counter no. 33 and 34 created and creating problems for Indian students under visa F1 Visa application, they are rejecting Indian students with no reasons, they are playing with career of Indian students. US embassy please think and take appropriate actions on them.
Chinese, Indians are doing politics with students and enmity with them. Everyone knows how the Chinese are.
