I love my sk800! And no grease fittings is so nice for maintenance.

I just got the intrepid 130. Starting to think it was a good purchase. That 4k lift capacity does sound really nice though.

The intrepid are nice I ran them st the shows and know Chris from mini loaders pretty well, I don't think a wheel loader fits my market well too many hills / uneven terrain

@@samstheman7633 I live in Cincinnati, I use a tx1000 more steep terrain and the 130 on Flat ground...I have rolled the 130 twice in a month

It is an issue with the locking valve in your grapple circuit or they didn't check pressure correctly at the gear pump. The Ditch Witch actually uses a single circuit with a valve spool which will not consistently give positive lock. Designed more for continuous flow to prevent back feeding pressure. That 160 will outperform a 1550 with hydraulic attachments. There's definitely something wrong with a component. You can make that unit produce 4000 psi if you turn that relief up. Wouldn't recommend it though

I'd like to turn the system up another 400 psi if you can help me or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it

@@samstheman7633 I do not recommend that at all. If you are still having these issues and an 800 comes anywhere close to performing like this unit in any way other than ground speed I'd stay on my dealer until they got it figured out. Many people buy the Vermeer because of it's positive locking grapple circuit. That it is part of the reason that it's there. I'd also check out the newer HD version vermeer grapple. I've owned a tna. The Vermeer grapple is a superior attachment. You can use it for much more than dragging brush too.

@@samstheman7633 if you turn it up you'll void your warranty. You also run a high risk of hose fitting leaks in the engine bay. 3000 psi is plenty for that machine in any task if that's what they actually have it set to. I wouldn't let it go until it was fixed.

@rg86er vermeer replaced valve it has helped it dosent fix the problem 100 percent it helped for sure,
The honest fix is a branch manager grapple they have a locking check valve I do like the tna grapple but it does not have a check valve

They lift 1600 lbs not 4000 lbs lol

The ctx 160 can lift 4,000 lbs
You understand that thier ratings are 1/3 of what the machine can actually lift ?
