As of right now, very little. But CCP will be opening up content there in due course, including the abililty to enlist with the Guristas or Blood Raiders and complete new sites, I think called Insurgencies, across nearby systems. Things will be coming day by day
If I remember correctly from one of the FanFest sessions, there is talk of objects affecting line of sight being added to the roadmap. Would be awesome if that was the case
