5 years Ive been suffering, was on the brink of ending my life. I've had caneras in every hole on my body and not one doctor has been able to explain why Ive been struggling. Had it blamed on mental health which made me think I was losing my mind even more because I could feel the pain and discomfort every day. I found this routine, tried it once and realised Ive got lymphatic and spleen problem's, now I'm booked in to get assessed and I'll take it from there. You've literally saved my life and I couldn't be more grateful, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Doctor's in Scotland have a long way to go to catch up with real healers like yourself.
@@darlingdior Indeed this is a brilliant thing to do. However now I generally do it after a quickish round of the Big 6; so as to ensure there are no blockages as the Lymph travels towards my body!
I kid you not, within a week of doing this daily, the whites of my eyes are noticeably clearer. I’ve been taken aback when seeing my own reflection, and had my partner come home from being away for four days and mention that my eyes looked ‘bright’ This is after trying various lymphatic drainage methods / Gua sha and dry brushing and never noticing any difference. Funnily enough, the big 6 is the easiest routine of all to maintain!
My qigong teacher has taught me all these moves to keep the energy moving. Sometimes I use a gua sha stone on some areas. This is a great video with such clear instructions Dr Perry 👍🏻
I’m sharing this in case it could help someone! These exercises are super powerful but I feel it might be wise to put a warning at the beginning 😅 I had a UTI for a couple of weeks which I thought had cleared from my system so I started doing these exercises (not every day, just every once in a while) and I found myself in bed with a high fever and vomiting. Blood tests showed an infection but they couldn’t understand how a UTI from weeks ago (and I had no more pain or symptoms) had led to this level of infection. And why the medications weren’t working to bring down the fever. I reckon I was moving the infection around my body unknowingly 🙈 I’ve now learnt to do more research before diving into things!
Thank you very much from Brazil!!! I eagerly await your book! I've been doing it every day at night for two weeks and my body no longer swells like it used to. Furthermore, I see that it has brought me greater knowledge of my feelings. Of course, I was already in a process of greater psychological/emotional maturity, but I feel a greater depth within myself. I'm your fan!
This routine has helped me a lot ! Am a very sceptical person so I don’t believe anything until I see results and let me tell you, you will see results
Due to back issues, I have had lack of circulation in my feet during the night. I have been doing your daily routine for a week. When I tap on the lower areas, I can feel something new going on in my feet. I am pooing more each day starting about the 4th day. Thank you for the valuable guidance. I am sharing this info.
My ex used to watch UFC, and he pointed out how George St. Pierre would always rub that spot on his chest below his shoulders. He said it was a chi energy point. We used to rub that spot all the time to give us an instant energy boost-it really works! Thanks for this. Can’t wait to try the whole routine. I just rubbed that one spot and I’m extremely sore there for some reason.
That spot is commonly tender. In fact the last time I did a first aid course the instructor told us to firmly tap that spot to test if someone is unconscious or not!
Dr Perry your information has been so helpful to me. After an open myomectomy, and prior years of a sedentary lifestyle, my lymphatic system was not functioning properly. Your information has been more helpful than seeing a regular doctor in person. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, and for doing it in such a down to earth way. You are very appreciated ❤
I love the big 6. Your Body Aquarium video is also wonderful, and I've expanded my lymph self-care based on what it taught me. I need to watch it at least 2 more times because it's so good
This makes me feel very tingly and energized! I did it in the middle of the workday for the first time and I’ll be incorporating it from now on. Thank you 🙏🏾
Strangely enough when I do if I wake up in the middle of the night, it actually helps me go to sleep. Indeed even lying down and imagining myself doing the routine causes me to doze off - definitely more effective than 'Counting Sheep'!
I find it even more beneficial when I do the routine whilst lying on the bed with my legs vertical up against the wall, whilst doing Deep Breathing! However, I then wait up to a minute before standing up!
Did this first time from your other video lastnight and OMG best sleep i’ve ever had AND woke up early by 3hrs snd feel well rested!! How after only one time? Thankyou Dr

Good question. Once is enough but you ca do more as long as you still feel good doing it. Some people get Herxheimer reactions when they do too much.So more is not always better.
I have been doing this per your other video (with the German guy) for months and I feel great. I have a question, though. Is less more, or is more more? Because I spend quite a lot more time in each zone. Also I added my elbows to it as I had some bad tendonitis there. It has helped that area immensely as well. Thank you for what you do.
More isn't always better. You go by how you feel. The most important part is the order 1`-6. That is the non negotiable. Spending more time per spot is up to you.

Because stimulating the lymphatic system is what eliminates waste from the body. You do it before dry brushing and before the sauna and you'll have better results
How much pressure should we be applying? you said it should not be painful, but there is a long range between almost nothing and almost painful. I fear i am putting either too much pressure or too little!
I’ve been struggling with chronic exhaustion and burnout and started doing this routine 3 weeks ago. In the beginning I went through some major detox like vomiting, migraines and itchy skin. All these symptoms are gone, but now I just feel extremely exhausted for 48 hours after doing the big 6. My already bad burnout suddenly skyrocketed to another level, so I backed off and kept doing the routine only once or twice a week but still every time I do it, I feel brain fogged, mentally and physically weak and unable to do anything at all. Is that normal, is there any hope for improvement in my energy levels, does anyone else experience anything similar or I am the only one who doesn’t get any good results?
You are not detoxifiing well. Big 6 is just a beginner level program. There are deeper lymph structures to work. Best work with a functional medicine practitioner to assess your waste management pathways.

Thank you for this easy and informative clip, I will try this. There is just some questions that came to my mind,, is there any positives in doing this routine more than once a day? Is there any diffrence in doing 10, 20 or other amount of rubbs?..and at last, is there a diffrence when to do it during the day ex at once when I wake up or any other time of the day? Big thanks!
What do you do if many lymph nodes have been removed from the left axillary? Now lipadema is present bilateral in upper arms and legs. This is a huge challenge.
I started this but for some reason the node at the left collar bone is sore now. I suspect I was too rough with it… I will ask my GP for advice if this stays sore. Be careful!
@stopchasingpain Thanks, makes me feel more confident. Despite sore node, also felt something shifted in my body when I was doing this. Will go back to it more gently.
Due to a tingling sensation in my right arm under certain circumstances my doctor recommended that I try this as a routine I am just starting to practice this Hopefully with some more research, tests and a little time I will be able to finally figure out what I need to do in order to fix this problem Thank you for sharing

I really enjoy it and feel that I've mastered this level of lymphatic drainage and awareness of using my lymphatic system and want to take it to the next level. I see that you have quite a few other things out there but am not quite sure what the next step is from that think flow grow video. what would be the next step after doing this for a few months? Might also help with your direction to know that I am recovering from an autoimmune disorder that is psychosomatically induced I have acupuncturist medical team all that so that's handled but that information might help or change the direction you would give me to move forward. thank you for your time
See description below video. Up to you. Once is enough for most. More isn't better, better is better. If you do it too much you can get an intense detoxification reaction
This is changing my life! Just wondering, Dr Nickelston, since you have tattoos… anyone else… has anyone else noticed ,, After starting the big 6, heavily tattooed spots on my body became very, very itchy immediately after the massage. Two spots seemed to actually weep fluid thru formed holes in the skin. Just curious if anyone else shared some similar experience? Thanks Dr. Nickelston !
I did the Big 6 very vigorously as advised. i deal with severe ME/CFS. I have really strong detox physically 4 days later & emotional release. Is it better to start with a softer touch with ME/CFS?
is it better to do this on bare skin or is doing it over light clothing ok? btw, thank you for this video. i just started do the big 6 a week ago. now i’m sharing it with my friends.

Is there a reason you said to start on the left? if so please let us know
Doesn't matter what side you start on as long as you do both sides. Usually start left because that is the side most of the lymph drains too.
Can this be undertaken with a "Cupping Machine" for a better outcome?
You can use different things on the six points just do them in order.
Dr. Perry, why do you have to make sure you're not constiptated before The Big 6? What happens if you do it while constipated?
You want to make sure you have an exit route for the waste. Bowel movements are considered a phase 3 detoxification

I started this but for some reason the node at the left collar bone is sore now. I suspect I was too rough with it… I will ask my GP for advice if this stays sore.
Be careful!
Note I am recovering from long COVID.
Nothing wrong with sore. Just go easy. C-Vid hits the lymph system hard
@stopchasingpain Thanks, makes me feel more confident. Despite sore node, also felt something shifted in my body when I was doing this. Will go back to it more gently.
Is this beneficial for digestive issues? Wondering if its connected to lymph blockages
IT may be helpful yes. Most of your lymph is located in your gut.
Hi. Ive started doing this the last few days but wanted to ask can it be done morning and night or just once in the morning is enough? Thank you
You can do it anytime of day you like and once is typically enough. More isn't better, better is better
Due to a tingling sensation in my right arm under certain circumstances my doctor recommended that I try this as a routine
I am just starting to practice this
Hopefully with some more research, tests and a little time I will be able to finally figure out what I need to do in order to fix this problem
Thank you for sharing
Welcome hope it helps
Great to hear that at least some doctors have started to see the light, and spreading the word!
Thank you …. I’ve been doing the big 6 over the last few months.
According to an older video you Rub, Tap/slap, Circles (clockwise, counter clockwise ).
Are the circles not necessary?🤔
You do them all it doesn't matter which ones
Hello about two or three months ago I found you for the first time on the RUclips think flow grow. I have been following the Neck to leg Lymphatic Routine you gave us for a few months. Might also help with your direction to know that I am recovering from an autoimmune disorder that is psychosomatically induced I have acupuncturist medical team all that so that's handled but that information might help or change the direction you would give me to move forward. thank you for your time
Thank you for watching. Next step is to take some of our courses. Our 2-Day Lymph Mojo will be the best one.
@@stopchasingpain Heck yes. i'm excited. i'll check it out on your site.
Hope this helps with my hypertension
It may
💗💗Thank You
Welcome thanks for watching
How often should you do this? Once a day, multiple times a day?
See description below video. Up to you. Once is enough for most. More isn't better, better is better. If you do it too much you can get an intense detoxification reaction
This is changing my life!
Just wondering, Dr Nickelston, since you have tattoos… anyone else… has anyone else noticed ,,
After starting the big 6, heavily tattooed spots on my body became very, very itchy immediately after the massage. Two spots seemed to actually weep fluid thru formed holes in the skin.
Just curious if anyone else shared some similar experience?
Thanks Dr. Nickelston !
Glad it was helpful for you. Well done
I did the Big 6 very vigorously as advised. i deal with severe ME/CFS. I have really strong detox physically 4 days later & emotional release. Is it better to start with a softer touch with ME/CFS?
We never used the word vigorously. That's subjective. It's always best to go slower when you have more inflammation. See video description
Can this help with chronic enlarged tonsils?
For some it does
Will this be okay to do if you have a Baker’s cyst behind the knee?
Yes just don't cause pain
@stopchasingpain, Do you think hair loss could be related to lymphatic system blockages/issues? Thank you.
Not likely
Will this help with my sinus and breathing issues? I’m going to try it anyway. Can’t hurt right?
Give it a go then you'll know
In another video you talked about rubbing, tapping and circles? What's the best option? Doing the 3 moves or just rubbing and tapping?
There are no best options just different options. Try them all. Make them up. Just keep the order right. That never changes
is it better to do this on bare skin or is doing it over light clothing ok? btw, thank you for this video. i just started do the big 6 a week ago. now i’m sharing it with my friends.
Either way is fine but over the skin is always the most ideal
@@stopchasingpain thank you.
How many times a day should I do this? Just once?
One is usually enough. It's really powerful
Can you do this while breastfeeding?
That is not a contraindication
can this be done several times per day?
Sure but only if you feel good doing it. More isn't better better is better
thank you@@stopchasingpain
is it common to get an outbreak of acne along the jawline/neck/chin after doing the big 6? is this good?
Yes that's very common to detoxify through the skin
I do the big 6 every morning ❤
Excellent
Wondering 🤔 would it be good to devise a massager vest to perform these 6 correctly, conveniently, consistently? Or human tapping & rubbing better?
Use anything ya like just rub them in order. We use vibration massage balls
Question! Your thoughts on using castor oil packs in conjunction with lymph work?
Are used them all the time watch my interview with queen of the thrones talking about Castor oil packs
Can you do this while pregnant?
See video description
I know clogged lymph is a huge factor for me, especially after fall into the whole high protein, high fat fad....UGH...did anyone that did this get super sick? I'm scared to try it- I'm a busy mom, I can't land in bed!
Make sure you read the full description below the video. Have to go slow and easy detoxification is very common
Morning, night, or both? Is this the minimal or max, or does it matter if you add more time rebounding?
Once a day is enough. And yes rebound as much as you like.
