Damn you better get this one running and send an update video! Would love to hear about the pulls afterwards. What size is that turbo? I am going to pull apart my 2jze ge and idk if i want to swap the rods for a low boost so i van keep my stock ecu
This one is a 58/62! I’d definitely recommend it, maybe find a non vvti block and rotating assembly if you want to up the power. Check marketplace for deals on standalone ecus! Def worth it. I’ll have a new video up tomorrow night hopefully showing what all I’ve done
@@iwashmystang +1 on the Dodo Racing GE-T intake runners. I used those on mine; and they fit/worked great. Way Way sweeter than an adaptor plate which places the GTE upper plenum so high and far outboard.
This the content im about i'm about to buy my 4th 1jzgte is200. theres just something about these with turbo jz's that just hit different, they slide so fucking well too!!!!!! look after the motor and make sure to change the oil and clean the vvti filter frequently !
A good spot to get oil for the turbo is from the oil filter "union" bolt - the big hollow bolt that holds the oil filter housing to the block. It is tapped in the center for the oil pressure switch; just install a tee so you can retain your oil pressure switch AND get oil for the turbo. Conversely, you can remove one of the pipe plugs in the top of the oil filter housing, and replace with a 90* 4AN fitting for the oil line. In terms of oil return from the turbo to the pan - there is a big fat boss in the "upper" oil pan, meant for the oil return fitting. Simply drill/tap for suitable fitting. 16AN is a suitable size.
what roof rack system are you using? looks sick
I think they’re just cheap universal racks. I took them off though. Actually got the whole roof box setup for sale right now

Wat did u do for the oil line specifically 🤔
