Well this video was a 10 😍😆 I only made it as far as Inverness, as I went over to Isle of Skye instead. I never got the RAF flyby, that was Epic. Really enjoyed your Drone shots, def the right scenery for that (good work Steve 👏🏻👏🏻) 🎥🥰

Oh we would have LOVED to have gone over to Skye, it was in our original plan but re-routed at the last minute to visit the east coast. Bet it was incredible 😍 Thanks again Adz, always appreciate you and your kind words 🙏

Enjoyed your videos of Scotland. The RAF uses the highlands as a training area for low level flying, it's usual fighter jets. They say there is more volume of water in Loch Ness than there is in all the lakes in England and Wales combined. Thanks for sharing your trip.

Glad you took in “ The Kingdom of Fife “ too , the East Neuk , St Andrews to Lundin Links , is a great coastal region .
Fife has a great deal of History from the burial place of most of our royalty ( Dunfermline ) , home of golf and the three bridges we share between Fife and the Edinburgh with the famous rail bridge

We call them brambles or Bramble berries 😋 , you might find wild raspberries and strawberries , there are also Elder Berries a bit tart with a hint of sweetness.
Be careful though some berries are for re birds only

Highland cows are not uncommon though modern breeds are more likely to be found in farms.Sometimes they can be seen roaming around wilder areas away from the fields. If they have calves with them it is best to keep your distance as they can be a little protective.
You get days when the fighter jets are training . If you happen to be higher up the hill you can sometimes even look down on them and see the pilot in the cockpit.
For information, there is a right to roam on wild land in Scotland (and also camp for a single night in one place) as long as you respect the environment and follow the code.
Loch Ness is over 220m deep at its deepest and has an average depth of around 130m so it's not really going to warm up much in the sun.
There are over 500 stone circles in Scotland with the largest being at Callanish in the Outer Hebrides which is second in size to Stonehenge.

All sorts of Army, Navy, Air force stuff happens all over scotland, its used for training, so the no drone thing is real. I lived to the West of Glasgow in the 70" & 80"s it was and probably still is the first place to be Nuced in the world if it all kicked off. We even had sirens, hold on da just got to jump under the table!!!!!
