Nice car I have a 2013 cc vr6 myself. I love it I can’t wait to lower it . Great daily. I’ve been a Vw fan since I was 16 I’m now 40. My cars I had an Audi b5 s4, a Vw mk2 vr6 swap which was my fav I miss it I plan to do another one some day. I just wish they made a turbo kit for the vr6 cc.
Yeah dude, I hear you with the vr6 turbo for the 3.6. I believe somebody twin turbo'd a CC but i haven't heard anything about the project in a while. If I do decide to turbo the CC, I have to go custom. HPA motorsport have twin tubro'd a 3.6 VR6 but for the price, I'd rather buy the new Audi RS6 Avant. Thank you for the comment dude. h0w is the fuel economy ? is it high or average
Well the fuel economy for me is decent. I do drive hard but on "normal" day to day driving. about 15 mpg city and about 22-24 highway.
What oil filter did you use?
Just the normal oil filter from volkswagen. I got it from vw parts from where i work.
What tools did you use to drain and then remove the oil filter? Happened so quickly I could not see what type tool you used.
My friend, I want to ask you, does your oil level decrease slightly over time٫and how much do you take with the oil meter?
It does not. You might have a oil leak or (hopefully not) consumption issue.

I also have a 2015 CC 3.6l 4-MOTION R-LINE......I noticed your coils are red. Are those aftermarket coils? Do you have some more info?
Ecs tuning coil pack covers, it's simple. It just replaces the black ones on the engine.

Bro I have same car and try to do this job.. and when I try put off filter the nut it broke.. how I can do to put off the plastic lid??
At the bottom the cup comes off, if the nut broke in it, unfortunately you're gonna have to get a new oil filter cup. if its the drain bolt, new oil pan, if its the oil cap, then new oil cap which is the cheapest lol. But if the nut broke and you aren't leaking oil, f*** it and just take the cup off to replace the oil filter lol. cheaper then getting a new one.
I noticed you have red coil packs installed. What are those and who makes them?
I got them at ecs tuning

@@markamd1 just caps lol, I dont believe they make better ones for the 3.6 vr6. I'd have to chech again but I just did it for the looks sincr there are very little things you can do to this engine without building it and going ball out custom work.

Nice man! Im also thinking of getting a CC but not sure whether to get the VR6 or the 2.0T. How much litre per 100km does the VR6 burn?
The vr6 isn't the best for for fuel. If you are looking to save money. Definitely the 2.0t, if u don't care and want to save on matinance. VR6. The vr6 taken care of is a solid motor, bullet proof. The 2.0 although better with fuel. Is always the engine that needs attention.

What brand of oil did you use and what Weight of oil?
Castrol edge full synthetic. 5w30

@@YoursDadsMomDaddy yes but 5w30 can be used as long as it's vw approved. Check your owners manual. It states it there aswell

What is the nut size for opening/closing the oil filter cap? You just unscrew it, but dont explain which nut size is needed. Thanks in advance dude

intake and exhaust, do you have a tune? i hope so if you have a ECS drain plug XD
I am in fact tuned. And it's just a drain plug to catch metal shavings.
