    I'm a service plumber, and I was always under the mindset of just do the fix and give the price for that fix. I have recently been reading psychology and sales books and everything has been saying the same things. Give options! I just finished these videos and will be putting these tactics into play!

    25 year old Plumber from the Uk, my dad taught me everything you’re teaching he’s been plumbing for 40 years. Had an amazing couple of years growing my own business and I Can’t wait to go even further

    I like to give 4 options honestly. Also asking a lot of questions about the customer and the home. Tends to open a new lane in for me. I find out they have hard water while im on that toilet repair and i end up selling a water quality package with toilet repairs
