THE APP does not work most of the time. I set 4 prescriptions for 2-3 day delivery they sent 1, I had to pick up the other 3. I currently have one ready for pickup I have been trying for 3 days to get the app to let me request delivery. Another one was posted as "shipped" 5 days ago, have not seen it.
I keep getting "sorry, an unexpected error occurred". I'm sorry too.

Yeah no… it’s not just as “simple” as that…
I tried same day delivery for my prescription in March and it was a mess. I called them six hours after I requested same day delivery, and the workers told me to call DoorDash or pick up the meds at the store. I didn’t even know they were using DD. A manager from the pharmacy ended up delivering my meds the following day. Today, about 4 months since the experience, I’m trying it again. It’s been 3 hours, and there’s still nothing. Smh
Update: Like in March, the employees claimed they never got the notifications to send the medications by delivery. I told them to send it via FedEx if they have to but for medical reasons, I’m not able to pick up the meds this time. They always blame the customers but not themselves or their system!
I did contact customer service and they did not know who to do it either. Also anything that is considerred a controlled substance will not be delivered,
I’m sure they will not deliver.I pick my 30 day prescription up now it is 40 days They have pushed it back and pushed it back so now. It is 40 days for a 30 day prescription

I will never shop at a Walgreens ever again. I’ve been a devoted Walgreens customer and I am no longer going there. You’re banning the day after pill I’m out.😊
This video was posted 1 year ago. Yet today I call Walgreens and they emphatically tell me on the phone they do not offer same day prescription delivery. When I ask "is that walgreens as a whole or this particular location?" she just repeated to me "We do not offer same day delivery"
When I go online to check out, regardless which pharmacy I select, there is no same day delivery.
That's all fine. I'm in no way expecting that I'm entitled to same day delivery, but it would be great if Walgreens was consistent about whether or not they offer same day delivery, and remove videos like these and various sections from their website indicating they offer same day delivery, when they do not in fact, offer same day delivery.
