Hola Alberto, I made the pisto, que rico. I also added some smoked chicken and paprika! Tomorrow I'll make and bake the empanadas, (I need to watch fat intake). Going to brush them with EVOO instead of egg wash. I'll let you know how they turn out! Saludos... :)

I like his recipe, very authentic, however, in my recipe, I add some cheeze and chopped black or green olives. I remove the bell pepper. The olives add a heavenly nice taste, it matches very well with tomatoes. This is how I ate it the first time ever, it was in Milan. Enjoy. Thank u for checking my channel ;)

with the filling inside you don´t really need any sauce :) but you can always make a sauce if you want, I would say a ranch would go good with these empanadas, much love
