- Seattle is Washington State's most populous city that boasts the Space Needle, Mount Rainer, and Pike Place Market. These top Seattle Attractions are welcoming to tourists, so if you're ever visiting the Seattle area you can try some of these things to do in Seattle WA out for yourself.
Traveling and visiting Seattle can be overwhelming when first doing research due to the vast amount of Seattle things to do. We start off by visiting Pike Place Market which lies along the Seattle ports and is a market that attracts local artists and restaurants to try some unique foods and art pieces. You can also go visit the gum wall in Seattle which is located right next door.
To get a great view, head over to Kerry Park which has a great view of the Seattle skyline and probably is what you have seen many photos of the Emerald City.
Starbucks also got its start in Seattle. You can visit the very first original Starbucks at Pike Place Market in Seattle. Seattle's first Starbucks is how the city's coffee craze begun. Another great Starbucks to check out in downtown Seattle is the Starbucks Reserve restaurant location.
Head on out to Mount Ranier National Park located an hour and a half away to see unique volcanic geothermal activity along with Mt. Ranier itself. The trip to the park is well worth is and Mt Ranier has several viewpoints, waterfalls, and hiking trails to choose from.

What a shame that big cloud was in the way at Reflection Lake . I'm very fortunate to be able to lay on the couch look out the window , not today cause of rain , and see just tree tops and Rainier living less than 25 miles from the gate and my niece use to be the manager of Whitaker Mountaineering in Ashford .

@@UnsettledJourney Always lived 30 miles from Seattle but delivered there for many years even Pike Place. Where Beecher's is use to be the Garden Shop where I delivered. Then for 29 years I drove a Wheelchair Van around Seattle transporting people with disabilities. Only thing I like the variety of good food and the Huskies.
