Thanks for the upload mate definitely helped giving me insight as to where I should cut up my airbox and pod filter size! Really appreciate it. If your JZX is struggling at Idle it may be because the MAF sensor is too close to the pod, therefore the airflow isn't moving in a straight motion causing the MAF to read incorrectly. A fix to this would be to install a Air Straightener Screen which can be cut to fit just before your MAF. It's a very common issue with J pipe deletes. As for the spark plug cover the brand WELD sell some pretty rad covers with slots for heat relief can be found on NENGUN. If not the cover looks great when its polished back, if you're bothered the Jpipe and throttle body look great once sanded and polished up however maintaining it must be a killer.
