    I got rid of my 07 civic in 2018 because my infant car seat wouldn’t fit my newborn daughter. If it wasn’t for a newborn I’d kept the car forever.

      I had a 2010 and I made it work but you’re right it was not a baby friendly vehicle

    I added my kids as authorized user to my cards when they were younger. When their cards came I just put them in our lock box. My daughter (age 19) just got her first apartment, and her credit score is 740 because she’s been on my credit since she was 14. My credit score is 839. I carry no debt except my mortgage. She had her own credit card in her own name only that I taught her to pay off every month. I do the same with my cards. I only buy what I budget and I pay it off every month. So I actually like adding kids as authorized users, but only if you are good with credit cards.
