I got just tickets for LOVEBITES in September which just leaves TRiDENT alone on the list of bands I need to see live. I mentioned a little while ago you'd been sleeping on TRiDENT recently, nice to see them back here and getting a serious score!
Thank you for continuing to react to this under appreciated band. My recommendation and favorite TRiDENT song is Ambivalent. Thanks Beth.
Nice reaction 😊
Keep on going
TRiDENT are just awesome. They are the perfect three piece band. Nagisa was an excellent replacement for Junna on drums. Junna is now a member of Hagane and the new line up over there. They have just released a 5 song digital EP. Nagisa has been playing with others including Fami from Lovebites. Here is one of them she was involved in. ruclips.net/video/HZwsuU2W-Oo/видео.html
Awesome group, the talent out there in terms of rock is overwhelming, sadly that makes some groups like this being a bit overlooked here on the west, but they are a blast. I feel like they have been getting better and better in the last few years, specially since Nagisa joined in.
If u enjoy Asaka's voice, Gibson japan has been releasing a series of videos called Gibson and Epiphone replays, where they feature her and some other amazing musicians, like Kaho from Faulieu (another insanely overlooked band) doing covers of popular j-rock and anime songs, and they are a joy to watch.
Nagisa has also done some covers with Fami from Lovebites that are fun too. Gotta love how all these musicians move around and mix and play with each other all the time.
Since you like Asaka's vocals so much I would recommend Signal next. It's the first song from TRiDENT that really grabbed me through Asaka's vocals over anything else.
