I like very much your detailed instructions on how to embroider on minke & showing us how easy is the Sulky easy tear-away stabilizer, thanks for sharing it 💝
Great tutorial! Thank you so much. Can’t wait to see other videos from you now. Have a terrific weekend. Again thanks for great info. Once I get the tear away material I won’t be so nervous now. ☺️
@@classicquiltsdxb981 I'm in Dubai Mala Looking forward to see you soon. Lost all numbers on phone , could you please send me a "hi" on my whatsapp number? Thank you.
Thanks for the directions. I'm wanting to do this for my daughter who is expecting a baby soon. I wish you would have shown the back side of the blanket. Do you use the same color thread in the bobbin or white?
I always use a 40/2 polyester white (for light colors) and black (for dark colors) of fabrics. i know some people match it 100% but im not like that! hope this helps!
I’m getting ready to do a minky blanket for a customer. I’m worried about the stitches looking distorted after washing. Could you tell me how the stitching holds up after washing. Thx
Could you please do a video to show how to embroider thicker towels? I'm trying to make childrens embroidery onto a bath towel that is far too fluffy to hoop. Despite many attempts, my needles are breaking and the thread is shredding. I've tried different ways of hooping/floating etc but its not working. I'm using a Brother Innovis-V5 and I'm sure they'd be horrified to see what a mess I'm making of something the machine should do in its sleep, so I'm pretty sure its my set up/hooping and stabilising method that's letting me down. Hope you can help and thank you for this video.
Don't hoop the material. Use sticky stabilizer. Eliminates possibility of hoop burn plus obviates the problem of too much fabric in hoop and it popping open!
i cant believe i missed notifications on comments. i agree with Gail- STICK the whole stabilizer on the hoop and stick the project onto it. there is a video we have done called - HOW TO EMBROIDER without HOOPING- that technique is covered there

I enjoyed your tutorial, but I would like to have seen your technique on removing the stabilizer from the back. Thank you.
Thankyou!!! Tear Easy stabilizer comes out very easily!!! Mostly with your first wash of the blanket, it goes away!

Thanks for the directions. I'm wanting to do this for my daughter who is expecting a baby soon. I wish you would have shown the back side of the blanket. Do you use the same color thread in the bobbin or white?
the backside is 2 layers of tear easy stabilizer :-) thanks for watching!
Did you use white thread in the bobbin?
You speak like a 👸🏻. Well what I imagine a Queen sounds like. 🙂
haha you are so kind
New here I just watched this video but not about the back I don’t want the paper to stay on the back .. how do you take of that???
Wondering if you have tried to float the blanket and use a sticky stabilizer? Thinking it would be easier then hooping all the material.
That is nice too! But i use that option when i find it too hard to hoop. this wasnt bad at all :-)
What needle did you use and thread make? Thankyou
What color thread did you use in the bobbin: the same color as the top thread, white thread, or the color of the minky fabric?
I always use a 40/2 polyester white (for light colors) and black (for dark colors) of fabrics. i know some people match it 100% but im not like that! hope this helps!
@@classicquiltsdxb981 are you sure 40/2 in bobbin? Or do you mean the top thread & 60wt in bobbin?

The stitches won’t move at all! If you’re worried try a sample and see how it goes :-) good luck!!!

What is the adorable font name that you used?

Thanks Bev. I have some hacks on how to do this and let me put together a tutorial for you!

I dont know actually. i think this embroidery letter height was 2 inches
Niiiiice
Do you have Arabic teachers 👩🏫?
Ah not yet :-(
My inner hoop keeps popping open. I've loosen hoop and tighten but it still keeps popping up with a velour blanket. Any advice?
