You want to spay on the pulse points, areas that are warmer than others to help the fragrance project. These include the Neck(front,back and sides), behind the ears, sides and middle of chest, inner arms and wrist.
The pulse points aren't actually warmer than the rest of the body due to how the body regulates temperature to be near even everywhere. A pulse point only feels warmer because the veins are closest to the skin in those areas. But for longevity, the best thing to do is find balance by including an area that is not considered a pulse point

Totally depends on the fragrance and how it performs. Some I may need up to 5 or even 7! But others if I do more than 1 spray to the wrist and transfer the juice around to different areas I'll probably choke and die.
I don’t wear perfume often, but when I do I spray it on the inside of my wrist and then rub my inner wrists together and then rub them on my neck below the ears
big mistake. first off, rubbing a fragrance may mess with it a little bit so it’s better to just leave it as it is. also, throughout the day your bound to wash it off while washing your hands so it’s a waste. but if you do want to use your wrists to spread it, dab don’t rub. you should just spray your neck area regularly. oh, you should also use fragrances more often, it’s literally magic lol.

don’t listen to his no more than 2 sprays rule. he definitely doesn’t know what he’s talking about. All fragrances are different. In how they project and how they last. 1 fragrance can last for 8+ hours with just 2 sprays and another die off after 30 minutes with 5 sprays. your personal skin chemistry, well as if you spray on clothes are also major factors on how long it can last. The reality is their isn’t some universal way to apply your fragrance. You kind of just have to do trial and error till you find the sweet spot for a particular scent

Cologne never last on me so I do a lot more than 3 sprays and it works for me
Moisturize areas before spraying on them, helps stay for much longer.
And try to go for Parfum rather than EDT or EDP

Dab the wrists together, never rub. The rubbing prematurely causes the fragrance to heat up and burn off and that alters its scent.
