Not really understanding the chrono section, I know it's something to do with joule creep, but don't fully get that either, my ssg24 shoots 490fps on 0.2g so I'm guessing with joule creep, that's shooting way higher? But with the ssg10 it's around 500fps with heavy BB's, which is why the 0.2g chrono test was so low, so when joule creep kicks in it places it perfect at the legal limit? If that makes sense lol
Basically because heavier BBS are hanging around for longer in the barrel, there's more time for the air to compress behind it. Forcing the BB out with more energy as the air then expands.
That's a tough question. If money were no option I would probably go for the srs silverback. But if I only had €300 right now ready to go, I'd choose the SSG10-A1. The machining is just so good on the ssg10. Performance per £ the SSG wins every time.

My spring was fine. But Novritsch did release a message to say that the 2.2 joules is meant to be with heavy weight BBs, which as you can see, is about right once you count in joule creep.
The Novritsch scope is overpriced for what it is. I'm using a vortex scope. It's basically an entry level scope for real steel and the warranty is amazing.
