Echoing the sentiment of others here...sorry to hear of your health issue...am sending positive thoughts your way for a good outcome. Appreciate your review of Mamaya, which seems to be a better option than chain fast food. Have a good remainder of the weekend. Malama pono! 🌺🌼

I hope you and your son are doing well. Thank you for the info on Mamaya. When I saw the butterfish it was a reminder of one of my mom's favorite foods. Whenever we would go out for a family dinner she almost always ordered Butterfish. She passed away a couple of years ago. Thank you for the stroll down memory lane

Thank you for another delicious video Misty! 😋😋😋 The prices were good and the food looked good. Popping the chicken in an air fryer or toaster over for a couple minutes will crisp it right up. I know this is an older video, but I hope you and your son did okay with the Covid. I worked on the front lines a year and did fine. Then I got double vaccinated, Moderna, and got Covid a month later. It took a lot out of me, and I’m pretty tough. I’m sure eventually I’ll get my strength back. It’s only been a couple months, but feeling my old self again has been slow. ❤️🙏🏻😊

Thanks Joette. He didn't get it. It's just mandatory to quarantine if someone in class got it. We've been through it twice and I'm sure there's more to come because of our strict laws.

Thank Hector! He doesn't have it just our state laws are strict so if you're near anyone with it you are automatically quarantined. The quarantine is done though. It is gallbladder issues but now it went away. Did another test today so hopefully it will be resolved. I hope you are well and feeling a little bit better. Hugs.

You're right. I'd rather have a bento than eat fast food from McDonald's. Stay safe and healthy...and hungry.

Aloha! First, I'm sorry about the situation with your son and having to stay in. In regards to gallbladder situation, I had mine removed (laproscoptic procedure) in 1991, I did not have stones, my gallbladder was only functioning 13% out of 100%. This is what happens from going up and down with weight unfortunately. Everytime I ate fatty foods it would set off a gallbladder attack. You might or might not have gallstones. It's been so long, I don't remember what tests they did except for having a nuclear test to see how the gallbladder was functioning. You should see a gastro doc, you don't want to have an issue where it could end up even more serious, but in the meantime lay low with anything that is high fat. I hope you are feeling better soon and keep us posted.

Thanks so much Paula! I will eventually make an appointment. Also the main people who get it are female, had a pregnancy and are over 40. That's me! 🤣 Not looking forward to surgery. I've been juicing, taking herbal supplements and usually eat healthy throughout the work week to keep the attacks at bay.

sorry to hear about your tummy problem. i When you need to remove it heck it out before it happen but it isn't hard.. 60 & 70 the removal was like you got butchered.. 2005 or so my mothr and her sister both had it done about 2 years apart. the sisters were in their 80's. my mother the elder of the two was first andshe was in and out in three days my aunt about 15 months later took four. They were both micro- surgery. They both got what i called "bullet holes" Amazing in no time they had no scars. Both done at Kaiser Moanalua. my sister also had hers done at Kaiser Waikiki in the 70's. She was there a week with a butcher job. They still do that way only if complication makes micro unforseeable. God Bless you and stay healthy

Oh no, sorry that your sister had to go through that painful surgery. Yes, these days it is amazing how there is small incisions. I believe on through your piko and the other two near your rib line. I will probably do it next month and so far, I've been ok eating. *cross fingers*

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing gall bladder pain. It is pain that I would not wish on my worst enemy. Depending on what type of stones you have -- my stones were about the size and shape of a kernel of corn -- and how many you have, might determine if you need to have it removed or not. I found out that smaller meals, low in fat helped, but my gall bladder was full of those corn-sized kernels! Those are bad because they can get in your bile duct and really mess you up. The pain I had felt like being stabbed from the inside radiating outwards on my right side. Surgery was done laparoscopically and the pain was gone. I have 3-4 less than an inch scars from it. It was an out patient procedure you shouldn't have to spend the night. The doctor will basically tell you that the bladder is simply a cup that holds the bile until you need it. Your body can cope fine without it, but a blockage might damage your pancreas, and that could mess you up as well. I wish you the best and a fast recovery.

Yes got that stabbing pain like a heart attack, and the feeling of indigestion. Even radiates to the back. I will get seen soon. So far I haven't had an attack since Tuesday but I feel tender on the right by the ribs. Thanks for sharing your experience and your well wishes!
