Been binge watching your videos, and came across this one. Bento looks so good, and the price seems more than fair. First time I saw a bento with tempura that had fish instead of vegetables with the usual shrimp. Wow!
Yes they make great bentos and have a great sushi bar if you want to dine in. And it's not too fancy inside so you can have dinner in shorts and slippers 🙃🤙
Thanks for sharing, especially these nondescript places where mostly locals frequent. The bento looks so ono, and at a very reasonable price. Will have to check it out. (btw, my husband and son loved their lunch from Frida’s in Waipahu.)

One of my go to Japanese restaurants.
Yagura is my other and Yohei we go to for the special occasions.
Their tempura is light and flaky ..
this place is very very good, also kikuya in kaneohe calvin the owner is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the portions! Even the miso soup was decent size. You must have a boat load of take out containers in your place. LOL
🤣 yes such good portions. I'm kind of a minimalist and throw them away. I don't like clutter.

Sorry,dumb question, can you eat the bones ? I take the bones out of the fish I catch when fishing...
No gotta spit them out. That's why it is a bit annoying because it has lots of small bones. But it tastes great.
