虾酱 1勺
小米椒 15条
豆瓣酱 1茶匙
小葱头 5
蒜头 2瓣
适量的油,盐,糖和水
做法:
1。热锅下油,加入葱蒜至香。
2。再加入小米椒炒出辣味。
3。加入豆瓣酱炒拌均匀。
4。再加入虾酱炒香。
5。放入空心菜拌均匀。
6。盐和糖调味。
7。洒一点水,让它有点菜汁。
8。搅拌均匀出锅。
