I loved going to Jollibee back when I used to live in the Philippines as a kid and ordering either the sweet spaghetti, salisbury steak, or just the iconic fried chicken. Now I'm living in Texas. The closest Jollibee is a few miles away and usually is filled with other Filipinos making it hard to sometimes order from, but everytime I do get something it's always delicious Rest in peace Anthony

I miss him. A lot. Whenever I heard anyone talking about him I would butt in and say something like, “Oh man, Bourdain is awesome! You should read his books!” Now, just thinking about him hurts. Just shows that you never know how much you mean to people.

I remember the off handed comments he'll make out of random. It was just his perspective. His humor, they way he visions the basics outside the normal. "Off the beaten path", he's the reason if I go somewhere. I don't just the do the basics. I venture out, get a taste of what it's like being somewhere unfamiliar. First Jollibee I tried was in Daly City, CA which is in the bay area. Me and my buddy from Alabama were cruising by and had both never tried it so gave it a go. We were both surprised as to how good it was lol. Fried chicken sphagetti and burgers all in one menu it was cool n weird lol. But hey this place as far as fast food goes is really good. I live in Seattle now and the one near me at the southcenter mall in Kent gets crazy busy like lines out the door. Id say jollibee and in n out for your fast food needs.
And now there's one in Manhattan... Wish you were here for all this change Mr Bourdain... how food and dining out has changed in the last few years. You're needed now more than ever... Miss you man

I remember the off handed comments he'll make out of random. It was just his perspective. His humor, they way he visions the basics outside the normal. "Off the beaten path", he's the reason if I go somewhere. I don't just the do the basics. I venture out, get a taste of what it's like being somewhere unfamiliar. All at the same time, feeling at home. That was him. He had his struggles, but. No lie, he's the reason I got into traveling. He will most certainly be missed. Thank you sir, for these great experiences. Venture out folks!!

First Jollibee I tried was in Daly City, CA which is in the bay area. Me and my buddy from Alabama were cruising by and had both never tried it so gave it a go. We were both surprised as to how good it was lol. Fried chicken sphagetti and burgers all in one menu it was cool n weird lol. But hey this place as far as fast food goes is really good. I live in Seattle now and the one near me at the southcenter mall in Kent gets crazy busy like lines out the door. Id say jollibee and in n out for your fast food needs.
