@@LuBiBochum Solange die Behörden auch wirklich warnen und informieren bringen solche Radios was, also nicht so wie z.B. im Ahrtal. Ansonsten kann man den eigenen Untergang immer noch mit Musik erleben, eine sicher einzigartige Erfahrung!

I totally agree, the quality of typicall emergency radios is rather low! If you will have a decent one where the hand crank doesn't break with the 2nd usage it is getting pricy immediatelly. I bought myself a Sangean Survivor MMB-88 DAB with excellent built and receiving quality. This model costs more than double as you mentioned in the video but for me worth the money to spend. There is already a newer version available which is even more expensive ...

Hi, thx for your points! If they get too expensive though it would make more sense to invest in a good solar panel and have some chargers and powerbanks to keep regular radios and other stuff going. Up to 40, 50 I mostly see piles of cheap plastic sadly ;-)

No, I don't think so but we are setup a bit different here in Europe.
