    So alotta dropsets:
    Lat Raises, finish with triple dropset.
    Forward Lean Shoulder Press: x15, dropset last
    Upright Rows: grip wide as possible, keep elbows higher than hands, pull bar in front of you.
    Cable Pulldowns: 4x15 mechanical dropset, pressdown to Pullover
