- With only three weeks to go before the 2019 Arnold Classic, bodybuilding legend Victor Martinez and rising star Akim Williams get together to train shoulders, despite a deep and bloody gash to Victor’s finger.

I think Victor martinez is heading on a becoming an icon in terns of bodybuilding. I see and watch a lot of ideas, styles and details about bodybuilding can be learned from him as he shares it to others..and that makes him an icon in his own right...
Always interesting to see the difference between how bodybuilders train and strength athletes. Definitely some take aways on building muscle. These guys are monsters.

I think Vic is gonna come in to the show extremely dry and dialed in; which if that’s the case, he will win! He’s got Great proportions and waist!

Victor's arms are very detailed
he had world class delts and arms but you will never see as much detail and knowledge in his lower body workouts, and it always showed. He should've shrunk his ego and 'trained with kai' more.

I love Victor but lets be real. He's got to come in at 110% and the majority of the guys have to be off for him to win I know he has Elite level genetics but at his age that's going to be hard. He's still competing at this age because he has six kids he can't leave the women chasing alone come on Victor grow up dude. Been a fan since 08!
