Lovely place! Tsomu mentioned the stone houses are rare in qinghai but are seen in yunnan and sichuan. How did she come to learn about them and decide to build one on her property? Did she have to bring in masons from sichuan and yunnan for 3 years to do the work?

Lovely video. I can't help but notice that the Swedish government might be one of the most anti-China governments in Europe, and I wonder how much that stance can be attributed to the fact that they are poorly informed about many aspects of China, or if there is a more sinister agenda at play. I hope Miriam's voice can reach a wider audience in Swedish society.
China is today Sweden's largest trading partner in Asia, and roughly 600 Swedish companies are established in the country. This does not mean that we can overlook the fact that China is a society without free opinion formation, without free right to organize, with "re-education camps" for minorities and dissenters and without free elections.

🦅 One of my great grandma is Tibetan. So I have a lot of questions. She talked about building in traditional Tibetan ways, which is unbelievably expensive. She talked about one side wall, which takes 1 day in modern buildings, took her several years. Why is she so rich? She bought land and built so many buildings on it. There does not appear to be many people coming to her hotel complex. It's like in the outlaw's land, like Alaska wilderness in the US. It's like she has tons of money to disperse. How about safety? When she is so rich in the middle of nowhere, you know, even in Europe, safety would be a concern, right? I just don't understand what she is doing. I know in Northern Sweden, there are many people like her, who live happily in isolation? I don't know too much about her life. Why is she not looking for a boyfriend? She needs a husband and a team of children according to Tibetan tradition.🦅
It looks like you are trying to insinuate something. The most straightforward answer to your "question'" is that because she is living in China, which is a very safe country, everyone, including Tibetans, can prosper as long as they have the right mindset and can grasp the opportunity, which she obviously did. Apparently, she is running a hospitality business, and there is a market with a size of 1.4 billion people to support it. She is just one of the tens of thousands of such small business owners in China.

It’s in Qinghai province! She has a small redo, a little shop with handicraft, hotel rooms, small family cottages, and bigger villas where companies can come for retreats!
I’m sorry for not adding more about this in the video! When I asked her to describe the place, she explained it more poetically and I simply forgot to ask for these more explanatory details!

depends on what you define tibet. she is in Qinghai province, not Xizang, but it's Zang people living area.
This is in Qinghai province! A Tibetan area. And yes, her mother-tongue is Tibetan! And this place is all about celebrating Tibetan crafts and culture 🤗(and pears haha)

Do you think Tibetans only live in Tibet? Due to the harsh environment of the Tibetan Plateau, there are actually very few Tibetans in Tibet, who live in several large Tibetan areas around Tibet. Qinghai has one of these Tibetan areas. There are also two other Tibetan areas in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces.
Is she a Tibetan from Qinghai? And is she running a bed & breakfast inn? I don't get all she's saying.
