Why do people go to court and make up bullshit and lie . You can look at Stacy and see that she is a weasel and will lie .. The plaintiff did nothing wrong. She fulfilled her obligation to the defendant.
First thing when going in business is hire an accountant to get your tax numbers and paper work in order. You do not ask the former to to show you how to do payroll, accounts do that. She should have done her home work before going into this deal. I have had 3 repair shops, It is not an easy thing.
The problem in STACY. I don't know about her employment contract because normal company should have some clause that en employee or ex employee is forbidden from telling any trade secret of the company or ex company. They should offer facials at those fancy boutiques... I'd help them out and splatter Laura's glasses.
Plaintiff is no angel
Whew, what a hot mess. Drama, drama, drama!!
Stacey is a gremlin 🤔 her name popped up every time there was drama 🤦🏽♀️ Stacey needed to go like yesterday ✌🏼
Most complicated case I’ve watched in the people’s court
I agree with that ruling & said it before the case started. you can't define "help" into anything & the other stuff doesn't effect the fact that a contract was signed saying 12 months of payment.
Another lesson learned.
How could you not trust that plaintiff.
Bravo should start Long Island Housewives and cast these women. So much drama.
I agree! I would definitely watch. This is my career path.
ajajajajaja 😂
She expected the business to be handed over on a silver platter and everything run smooth as silk with little effort. She was way over head. It's doomed to fail with her ignorance.
Right
Another Drama Queen Catfight, grow up, SMH 💯
I agree 👍 with the verdict 🔨
I've managed people like Stacy. They think they are everyone's friend but they just stir up trouble all the time.
I had to fire this guy who was stealing and my Stacy twisted the story so bad that people blamed me because he had a kid. It was ridiculous. People like that are poisonous to a business.
The plaintiff did more than anyone would. Never do it again. Sell and walk away. She's ungrateful
Ditch Stacie.
Problem settled. 😎👍🏾
Defendant should not own a business. How do all of these people who come on here have no emails or text. Put it on a cloud.
Probably never had them in the first place.
Yet another one -- Coming to COURT - Oh I left PROOF at home. ((face palm))
I come to the comments before even seeing the video. But babay I can’t wait to hear about Stacy as to what everyone is saying… but let’s watch
This case is much to do about nothing other than women bickering back and forth over clothing businesses. Women are very spiteful towards one another as depicted here in this case.
It was about the money still owed on the contract.
Defendant is just embarassing & pathetic
Just like how you are spiteful towards woman, because you can't get one 🤭🤭🤭
Stacy was a great example of how women can be very spiteful and revengeful.
That Stacy sure stirred the pot, no doubt
How is it that before Stacy even spoke i knew exactly what her voice was going to sound like lol
Why do people go to court and make up bullshit and lie . You can look at Stacy and see that she is a weasel and will lie .. The plaintiff did nothing wrong. She fulfilled her obligation to the defendant.
Long Island accents and Jennifer Aniston hairdos galore.
Stacy’s got it going on 👀🤣🤣🤣
The defendant has it going on much more.
You mean Stacy’s mom
@@ChasRiaStJohn You stole my line, LOL
The plaintiff took advantage because the defendant was nieve shame on her.
Defendant is very inexperienced and naive, and the plaintiff took advantage of her. Too bad the defendant didn’t have the emails.
Of course they will stay with the original owner
I have actually purchased clothing from that store. I found the undergarments very soft and comfortable. Especially, when I would go out dancing. 🤣
First thing when going in business is hire an accountant to get your tax numbers and paper work in order. You do not ask the former to to show you how to do payroll, accounts do that. She should have done her home work before going into this deal. I have had 3 repair shops, It is not an easy thing.
These two remind me of high school girls. Sheesh.
The problem in STACY. I don't know about her employment contract because normal company should have some clause that en employee or ex employee is forbidden from telling any trade secret of the company or ex company. This Stacy looks like she has some personal dispute with the ex employer or maybe she did resigned because of her husband and then changed her mind and because of desperation to get a job, she joined the dependent by telling all those lies about the plaintiff so that the defendent feel sorry for her and took her in. That might be the case. In any case she was the problem.
OMGOSH the defendant looks like Marley Maklin the Deaf actress and sign interpreter. This woman could be her doppelganger, a twin.
It's not that hard to print out those emails if they really exist!!!
Why not ACTUALLY work in a retail store before putting 100K down on a business you have no clue about?
Ain't that the truth , defendant is clueless.
You have to be very careful getting into a deal like this. Why is the person selling THIS particular store?? Because she's not making any money is most likely the answer.
Stacy Stacy Stacy 😂
