Biggest Rise: Logan Webb 27 to 2 (20 spots)
Biggest Drop: Dylan Cease 20 to 30 (10 spots)

He would've been in my top 30 personally but I get why you'd look to include guys like Cease or G-Rod over him for next year.

    My thoughts:
Sonny Gray at 27 is probably a bit low….he’s a beacon of consistency and had a great year last year!
Bradish at 24 feels high….really good 2023 but not sure if he’s ever gonna replicate that
Love to see Gilbert at 23 getting some love
Perez at 22 is really high for a guy who has shown so little results but I understand the projecting that he will end up being good….he could be a future Randy Johnson
Luzardo at 21 is definitely too high. He has been bad for too long and he did have a nice 2023 but I really don’t see him keeping it up.
Valdez at 20 is probably too low, he is an absolute stud, borderline top 10.
