Aye bro! AMAZING video. I’m a World Series player but I have a few friends who are new to the game so I’ve been trying to find the best video for them to watch and this one is 100% it!
this is why i feel like hitting reactive works best for me, obviously im still tryna look for patterns but if i cant really find one ill play reactive and usually sit on the sinker timing, its easier to adjust to changeups than the fastball and i naturally react early anyways so 4seams aint an issue
CJ12K always learn a lot from your vids… Just a quick question: Is there any difference in the accuracy of “perfect release” amongst pitching types? I have used pulse pitching dating back to The Show 13 and when I started playing habitually again for the first time last year I was really able to throw a “perfect perfect” type release almost every pitch. I know that if it is a perfect release fastballs are guaranteed to touch the edge of the PAR, and breaking balls were patched in 24 to be guaranteed to land completely in the PAR. So if I take the time to learn Pinpoint, is there any benefit to the true landing spot of a perfect release pitch or is the main benefit the ease and consistency of being able to throw a perfect pitch with pinpoint? Hope that makes sense
15:00 this is facts especially at a high level when ur up in the count. U get a pitcher like senga who’s got a split that looks the same. Throw that heater bottom of the zone u can get a lot of hitters frozen and looking at strike 3
my issue with tunneling atleast on legend is I feel like people expect it and it makes your pitches more predictable, but on the lower levels people more likely get fooled
I wonder why they did away with the warm up pitches when you bring in a new pitcher. You could always skip it which takes all of 2 seconds, but in some cases it's good for this exact reason. Another thing, if they're going to add a pitch clock to the game, they should make it visible when you're pitching. I know some people are going to say that it shouldn't take you that long to throw a pitch but it would still be nice to know how much time you have to work with
Great content. Pitching has always been my strength bc I used to & I approach the same way you do but I definitely grabbed some gems. 🙌🏾💯 Thank you sir 🙏🏾
Dude, after learning pinpoint pitching I don't even see how someone could use the other options. It's seriously the only way to pitch at an elite level on the game.
How can I perfect my timing on when to bring it down. I know you mentioned when you start dragging down... can you make a video talking about that a little more please
I can hit the fastball, slider, and curveball. If someone has a Fork, split, or circle change I'm swinging for a fastball, if someone has a sinker I'm swinging for a slider.
I've literally won BR games against players better than me cause they don't know about the new pick off rules, they think if you throw over twice they can take a 2+ step lead.
I’ve gotten WS the last 3 years with pulse. I’m pretty sure reason why I’m struggling right now with it is because my pitchers have low BB/9 so less accurate. With pulse there’s larger possibilities for error and the second you play a disciplined hitter it’s a nightmare. I’ve abstained the change but I might switch to something different soon
New sub, do you think mlb stadiums viable again? I always did shippet but im bored of those stadiums I can make World Series usually so I kinda just wanna enjoy the game more but not if its gonna hoe me of homeruns too much lol
I feel like if you pitched in real life its fairly intuitive but i really cant understand how some of you guys throw over the plate with confidence in this game. I feel like home runs low key kinda easy this year

Underrated creator; always come to your vids for tips. Appreciate you bro 🔥

Love how he said "Yeah. Put me in coach." Cuz you know he knows what he's talking about. That was perfect lol 24:43

Amazing video, I’ve been tunneling in all star difficulty and I never knew sequencing was a better option for this difficulty
Underrated YTer, great content dude.
Subbed. Excellent video and production quality. I like the way you explain things
Subbed. The tactics are insane. Thanks man.
Well the explanation to timing explains y I’m hanging everything

CJ never seems to disappoint

it’s a setting. I turned it off on my initial load up of 24
@sh3rm6x81 Really? I never turned it off, must have just happened by default. Good to know though, thanks.
@@dazed1nycyea its a setting in presentation i think and i believe its off by default, idk why tho
I feel the same way about the pitch clock. It doesn’t have to been directly behind the home plate but close to it where you can see it.

“Let’s be real almost everybody I play” 😂🐐

There’s a small blue circle that closes in and that’s what you have to time
I feel as thought I'm just bad nothing works for me on pitching every pitch is a bomb
At what level does the difficulty change from all star to hof?
700
Any tips on how to properly follow the motion of the pitches? Every time I think I’m copying the motion correctly, I get the yellow and red lines.
Watch the tutorial more or get a new controller
OG video
The gamesir xbox controller is awesome, definitely recommend for $40
I like analog this yr, seems more accurate then in previous yrs
Hitting or pitching?

Pinpoint is still significantly better.
I still suck at hitting online can pick okay but appreciate your videos

Do you recommend a wired 3rd party controller? I have squiggly lines with the Elite controller wireless.
Try it plugged up or with a mic plugged in
@@CJ12KYT Ok doing that, it seems to help. I just cannot get the timing for the release, any ideas? I Half the time the line just disappears

Wait what are the new rules?
How do you activate the captain boost?? I met the requirements but don’t see the boost
Left side lineup screen
I keep hanging pitches and getting murdered. What causes this?
Pinpoint is just too much thinking that’s y I just use meter and it’s just fine
same
There's no way alot of these pinpoint users are getting 100% accuracy most of the time. I use meter cause it's just quicker and easier.
How do you look the runner over like that?

The fact this game comes down to what controller you have or what after market product you add to your controller is a problem.
Agreed
I like pulse is it not viable at all in the higher ranks?

I'd like to see you vs lilman
why when i come down with the pinpoint it stop half way to the bottom
You’re probably using an newer Xbox controller

they're gonna happen it's part of the game just gotta keep the confidence
I’m an all star player hitting .400+ but I’m kinda scared of going hof and doing wack 🤣
Are these tips only for Xbox that’s sad
Of course not
Could they have used an uglier stadium? The ballpark should be Fenway or Oracle.
