Thanks so much! I am new to both copilot and flows, but I was trying to call a flow with a step to log a row in an excel spreadsheet - I have been able to do this, however, when I add the action into a topic, it requests that the user authenticate - and this is not ideal. Pre-built actions in copilot have the option to use end user authentication or copilot authentication but there is no option for this is the action I create with flow. I can use the prebuilt add a row in copilot, but none of the parameters I use for the spreadsheet location, file, etc actually work (I have probably tried a 100 different combinations) nor does it allow me to add inputs and variables to tell it what to log. Users are already authenticating as this is being deployed in teams Any help would be appreciated!
Hello, @Dewain Robinson thank you very much for sharing this quality content. I would like to know if it is possible to create a chatbot in Copilot Studio as a central bot and be able to call other chatbots from this central bot depending on the specific topic? Thank you in advance.
Hey@@Dewain27! I've been trying to do similar, with the Run a Flow from Copilot action. In this case it doesn't seem to provide the 2 options for authentication. It works as expected and says additional permissions are required and provides the link to 'Connect'. I then connect but the connection status remains "Not Connected". Any hints on how I can make this work? I was using Word Online and Onedrive for Business connectors.
Hello, I'm trying to connect my copilot to ServiceNow and don't see the option for "copilot author authorization", but when I try to create the action using my credentials, it says the user needs to be authorized. I'm not sure how to authorize the user. Any tips?
You are that dude Dewain. Always have the answer I am looking for at the right time!
awww shucks, thanks.
How can I make an action that get an excel file from a sharepoint site?

Have you tried Slack or Jira basic get list actions? I'm having troubles once it's connected. Also can't configure inputs on those.
Not yet... I have to get sample environments to something like that to be able to show it...
Can we do the same with actions called from a topic ?
Response to myself. Yes it's possible :)
Yes, you should be able to... But looks like you figured that out :D
