Hello Dewain, I have a Copilot chatbot designed for policy and procedures. How can I filter out irrelevant questions that aren't related to my model's purpose? For example, if a user asks about the weather in Chicago, which isn't relevant to the chatbot, how can I manage this?

I find the summarize account feature interesting. Question: If you have 10000 accounts, how would you handle that? Providing a choice with 10000 customer account elements does probably not make sense. Allowing to type the customer account name includes the risk of typing errors. Is there a kind of smart or best practice for such kind of use cases?

if I have 100 PDF files, each is 10MB, can I upload them all? What is the limitation? Their website does a horrible job of explaining the limitations

Hi Dewain, same question about 'knowledge sources'. Very simple question...Can there be graphs, tables, equations embedded in the PDF that gets uploaded as 'knowledge'. If not, why not, or how to address it. If so, then please create a video that focuses just on that aspect. Companies have tons of material to use as data sources, but do we need to clean it up, or can we simply load the PDFs as is. How to understand the indexing quality of PDF's with additional materials like graphs, tables, etc.

I completed the entire process, and the login via chat works, but when I add the generative response node and connect to SharePoint, an authentication error message appears. Does anyone know the reason?

Hi Dewain, Thanks a lot for all this "How to series" of videos, really helpful, but there is one nightmare here. The order to go through is screwed up, these need to be arranged in order with numbers. Beginners/Learners find a lot of trouble as you referred another video as a prerequisite in the middle of some of the videos, and this prerquisite seems to be later down in the list instead of appearing before........

I also created a custom connection with a free to use api I found on the internet, but for some reason I can not see output variables in copilot studio. Do you have any suggestions why is it the case? Edit: It is probably not working because the api response is wrapped in [ ]. Do you have any idea how to solve that?

Hi, Dewain. Great, informative videos. You're one of the main resources as I'm learning how to use Copilot Studio & Power Automate. Do you know if there is a limitation on the Dataverse table size/rows that Copilot can handle? Haven't been able to find any documentation. I tried using a Dataverse table as knowledge and the Status hasn't changed from In Progress to Ready. Or if there are any settings or configuration to get the Dataverse table to load properly to Copilot Studio, please share. Thank you.

Thanks so much! I am new to both copilot and flows, but I was trying to call a flow with a step to log a row in an excel spreadsheet - I have been able to do this, however, when I add the action into a topic, it requests that the user authenticate - and this is not ideal. Pre-built actions in copilot have the option to use end user authentication or copilot authentication but there is no option for this is the action I create with flow. I can use the prebuilt add a row in copilot, but none of the parameters I use for the spreadsheet location, file, etc actually work (I have probably tried a 100 different combinations) nor does it allow me to add inputs and variables to tell it what to log. Users are already authenticating as this is being deployed in teams Any help would be appreciated!

thanks btw, it says in the documentation that Copilots need to have their authentication setting set to "No authentication". so this solution won't work with private data sources(

I'm trying to create an automation that runs a powershell or cmd script, for example when the outlook email crashes the user asks the copilot to force the restart, usually I use the command "Windows + R" "tskill outlook" which usually resolves . In short, can you help me or make a video on how to execute any type of ready-made script or Power Automate action that does this in Copilot Studio when requested? I tried several ways but was unsuccessful

Can I add a copilot to my sharepoint communication site so that it can be linked to one of my teams in the MS Teams app So when someone asks a question, it can take data from the sharepoint page rather than a document in sharepoint?

I noticed that the sysparm_query value of David.Miller brings back the "survey user" record, not David Miller's. Wondering if there is something different we need to type in to get the actual David Miller record for sysparm_query? I ended up adding the fields to the User form and updating David Miller via the UI. I also had to re-add the knowledge sources, just extracted the files from the zip solution file, might just to be me.

Hello, I'm trying to connect my copilot to ServiceNow and don't see the option for "copilot author authorization", but when I try to create the action using my credentials, it says the user needs to be authorized. I'm not sure how to authorize the user. Any tips?

Does this work in languages other than English? In my German bot I can't find the corresponding field to configure the variables to be filled dynamically.
