Hi Dewain, super useful and quite intuiitive but to keep up I had to have video stop/starting on one computer and copilot studio/power automate on the other - are you a lone MS resource guiding the masses, however will everyone master this stuff? 🤗

Hello Dewain, I have a Copilot chatbot designed for policy and procedures. How can I filter out irrelevant questions that aren't related to my model's purpose? For example, if a user asks about the weather in Chicago, which isn't relevant to the chatbot, how can I manage this?

I find the summarize account feature interesting. Question: If you have 10000 accounts, how would you handle that? Providing a choice with 10000 customer account elements does probably not make sense. Allowing to type the customer account name includes the risk of typing errors. Is there a kind of smart or best practice for such kind of use cases?
